Claims (7)
- 기판 상에 적층되고, Cr계의 비자성 재료를 함유하는 하지층과,상기 하지층 상에 적층되고, 적어도 일종의 비자성 재료와 Co와의 합금이 퇴적되어 이루어지며, 상기 합금의 결정립계 근방에만 Cr이 존재하는 자성층을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 기판 상에 적층되고, Cr계의 비자성 재료를 함유하는 하지층과,Cr 농도가 5at% 이하인 CoCr계 합금으로 이루어진 자성층을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 자성층은 2원소로 구성된 Co 합금으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 기판 상에 Cr계의 비자성 재료로 이루어진 하지층을 적층시키는 공정과,상기 하지층 상에 Cr과는 상이한 적어도 일종의 비자성 재료와 Co와의 합금으로 이루어진 자성층을 적층시키는 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 자성층 및 상기 하지층이 적층된 후, 포스트 어닐링하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 자성층을 바이어스 전압 0V의 상태에서 스퍼터링법에 의해 적층시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체의 제조 방법.
- 기판 상에 Cr계의 비자성 재료를 함유하는 하지층이 적층되고, 상기 하지층 상에 적어도 일종의 비자성 재료와 Co와의 합금이 퇴적되어 이루어지며, 상기 합금의 결정립계 근방에만 Cr이 존재하는 자성층이 적층된 자기 기록 매체와,상기 자기 기록 매체를 회전시키는 스핀들 모터와,상기 자기 기록 매체에 대하여 데이터의 판독 또는 기록을 행하는 자기 헤드와,상기 자기 헤드를 상기 자기 기록 매체의 반경방향으로 이동시키는 액추에이터를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 디스크 장치.
