Claims (22)
- 내측공을 각각 가지는 두 개 이상의 기판(2,3)을 상기 기판의 내측 구멍에 적용되는 핀(1, 50)으로 서로 결합하기 위한 장치에 있어서,상기 핀(1, 50)에 대해 반지름방향으로 이동가능한 두 개 이상의 돌출부(10, 51)가 상기 핀에 제공되며, 상기 핀(1, 50)을 향하여 상기 돌출부(10, 51)의 이동동안 상기 기판의 내측공의 엣지가 상기 돌출부의 선형 외측면상에서 하방으로 활주되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 돌출부(10, 51)는 상기 결합 전에 이격된 상기 기판(2,3)을 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 핀(1, 50)은 센터링 핀인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 돌출부(10, 51)는 상기 센터링 핀상에 피봇가능하게 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 돌출부(10, 51)를 외측으로 바이어싱하기 위한 하나 이상의 바이어싱 유닛(12, 56)을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 바이어싱 유닛은 하나 이상의 스프링(12, 56)인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기판(2,3)에 압력을 가함으로써 상기 돌출부(10, 51)가 상기 핀(1,50)을 향하여 가동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 돌출부(10, 51)를 반지름방향으로 이동하는 작동 부재(13, 78)를 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 돌출부(51)는 레버 아암으로서 구체화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 작동 부재(78)는 상기 돌출부(51) 사이에 도입가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 8 항 내지 제 10 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 작동 부재(13, 78)는 원뿔형인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 8 항 내지 제 11 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 작동 부재(78)와 직면하는 상기 돌출부(51)의 단부가 원형인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 돌출부(10, 51)의 바이어싱이 가변적인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 핀(1)에 배치되고 바이어싱(15)에 역으로 가동되는 테이퍼형 부재(13)를 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 테이퍼형 부재(13)는 스프링(15)에 대해 가동적인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 14 항 또는 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 테이퍼형 부재(13)와 상기 돌출부(10) 사이에 바이어싱 부재(12)가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 14 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 돌출부(10)의 외향 바이어싱이 상기 테이퍼형 부재(13)의 이동에 의해 가변적인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 돌출부(10)의 정상적인 외향 바이어싱을 극복하기에 충분하지 않은 인장력으로, 상기 돌출부를 내측으로 당기는 인장 부재를 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 상기 외향 바이어싱이 감소될 때 상기 인장 부재의 인장력이 상기 돌출부(10)를 내측으로 당기는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 18 항 또는 제 19 항에 있어서, 상기 인장 부재는 상기 돌출부(10)에 배치된 스프링 링인것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 20 항에 있어서, 상기 스프링 링은 상기 돌출부(10)의 내주변에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 4개의 돌출부(10, 51)를 특징으로 하는 장치.
