Claims (4)
- 진공챔버에 접속하기 위한 진공포트 및 진공펌프에 접속하기 위한 펌프포트; 이들 포트를 보유하는 케이싱; 상기 챔버포트와 펌프포트를 연결하는 유로중의 밸브시트; 상기 밸브시트를 개페하는 밸브체; 상기 밸브체에 샤프트를 통하여 연결된 피스톤; 상기 피스톤에 밸브개방 방향의 공기압을 작용시키기 위한 압력작용실; 상기 밸브체를 밸브폐쇄 방향으로 탄발하는 스프링수단;을 보유하고,상기 밸브체가 상기 밸브시트에 접촉·이간함으로써 이 밸브시트를 포핏식으로 개폐하는 밸브밀봉부재와, 상기 밸브시트의 내공 내에 끼워맞추어 상기 밸브밀봉부재의 개폐에 의해 상기 내공 내를 변이하는 기둥형상의 유량조정부를 보유하고, 이 유량조정부가 차츰 선단이 좁아지는 형상을 이루도록 형성됨으로써 상기 밸브밀봉부재의 개방시에 유로를 흐르는 에어유량을 서서히 증대시키는 기능을 보유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공배기밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브체는 상기 유량조정부에 연속해 있는 위치에 그 유량조정부보다 대경의 걸림부를 보유하고, 또 상기 밸브시트의 내공 내에는 이 걸림부가 끼워맞춰져 걸리는 단부가 형성되고, 이들 걸림부와 단부에 의해서 상기 밸브체의 밸브폐쇄 위치가 규정되도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공배기밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브체의 유량조정부는 구배가 다른 복수의 테이퍼면을 축선방향으로 연속하여 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공배기밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브체의 유량조정부는 원활한 곡면에 의해서 차츰 선단이 좁아지는 형상으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공배기밸브.
