Claims (16)
- 알켄 및 카르복실산을 제조하기 위한 C2-C4알칸의 산화 방법으로서, 알칸을 이에 상응하는 알켄 및 카르복실산으로 산화시키기 위해 산화 반응 구역에서 알칸, 산소 분자 함유 가스, 및 임의적으로는 상응하는 알켄 및 물 중의 하나 이상을 각각에 대해 활성인 2이상의 촉매의 존재하에서 상이한 선택도로 접촉시키는 것을 포함하고, 상기 산화 반응 구역에서 생성되는 알켄:카르복실산의 몰비는 산화 반응 구역에서 2이상의 촉매의 상대적인 비를 제어함으로써 소정의 값으로 조절되거나 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 하기의 단계를 포함하는 알킬 카르복실레이트의 통합된 제조 방법으로서, 산화 반응 구역에서 생성되는 알켄:카르복실산의 몰비는 산화 반응 구역에서 2이상의 촉매의 상대적인 비를 제어함으로써 소정의 값으로 조절되거나 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법:(a) 알칸을 상응하는 알켄 및 카르복실산으로 산화시키기 위해 산화 반응 구역에서 C2-C4알칸, 산소 분자 함유 가스, 및 임의적으로는 상응하는 알켄 및 물 중의 하나 이상을 각각에 대해 활성인 2이상의 촉매의 존재하에서 상이한 선택도로 접촉시켜서 알켄, 카르복실산 및 물을 포함하는 생성물 스트림을 제조함, 및(b) 알킬 카르복실레이트의 제조에 활성인 하나 이상의 촉매의 존재하에서제1 반응 구역에서 생성되는 각각의 알켄 및 카르복실산 일부 이상을 제2 반응 구역에서 접촉시켜서 상기 알킬 카르복실레이트를 제조함.
- 하기의 단계를 포함하는 알케닐 카르복실레이트의 통합된 제조 방법으로서, 산화 반응 구역에서 생성되는 알켄:카르복실산의 몰비는 산화 반응 구역에서 2이상의 촉매의 상대적인 비를 제어함으로써 소정의 값으로 조절되거나 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법:(a) 알칸을 상응하는 알켄 및 카르복실산으로 산화시키기 위해 산화 반응 구역에서 C2-C4알칸, 산소 분자 함유 가스, 및 임의적으로는 상응하는 알켄 및 물 중의 하나 이상을 각각에 대해 활성인 2이상의 촉매의 존재하에서 상이한 선택도로 접촉시켜서 알켄, 카르복실산 및 물을 포함하는 생성물 스트림을 제조함,(b) 알케닐 카르복실레이트의 제조에 활성인 하나 이상의 촉매의 존재하에서 제1 반응 구역에서 생성되는 각각의 알켄 및 카르복실산 일부 이상, 및 산소 분자 함유 가스를 제2 반응 구역에서 접촉시켜서 상기 알케닐 카르복실레이트를 제조함.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화 반응 구역에서 생성되는 알켄:카르복실산의 몰비가 범위 1:10∼10:1 인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 산화 반응 구역에서 생성되는 알켄:카르복실산의 몰비가범위 0.8:1∼1.4:1 인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 알켄 및/또는 카르복실산이 산화 반응 생성물로부터 별도로 회수되거나 제2 반응 구역에 별도로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알칸은 에탄이고, 상응하는 알켄은 에틸렌이고 상응하는 카르복실산은 아세트산인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 알킬 카르복실레이트는 에틸 아세테이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 알케닐 카르복실레이트는 비닐 아세테이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서, 산화 반응 구역에서 생성되는 알켄:카르복실산의 몰비가 범위 0.8:1∼1.4:1 인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화 반응 구역에서 생성되는 알켄:카르복실산의 몰비는 산화 반응 구역에 존재하는 촉매(들) 일부 이상을 산화 반응 구역에 존재하는 촉매(들) 일부와 상이한, 알켄 및/또는 카르복실산에 대한 선택도를 갖는 하나 이상의 촉매로 대체함으로써 소정의 값으로 조절되거나 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화 반응 구역의 2이상의 촉매 중의 하나 이상은 몰리브덴을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 산화 반응 구역의 각 촉매는 몰리브덴을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서, 제2 반응 구역에 존재하는 촉매는 팔라듐을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서, 추가적인 알켄은 산화 반응 구역으로부터의 알켄과 함께 제2 반응 구역에 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서, 추가적인 산소 분자 함유 가스는 산화 반응 구역으로부터의 미반응의 산소 분자 함유 가스와 함께 제2 반응 구역에 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
