Claims (11)
- 다공성 여과 매질을 구비한 제 1 여과기(10)와 입자 정련재를 위한 공급부를 갖추고,입자 정련재를 위한 공급부는 제 1 여과기(10) 뒤의 흐름 방향에 배열되고,제 2 여과기는 입자 정련재를 위한 공급부뒤에 흐름 방향에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 용해물에 입자 정련재를 첨가하고 여과하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 여과기(10)는 케이크 여과를 바탕으로 한 여과기로 구축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 여과기(10)는 세라믹 포말 플레이트(11)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 세라믹 포말 플레이트(11)는 5 내지 30mm의 두께, 바람직하게 10 내지 15mm의 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 2 내지 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 여과기(10)는 소결된 재료를 구성하는 하나 이상의 요소를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 2 내지 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 여과기(10)는 CVD(화학 증기 증착)에 의해 증착된 재료를 구성하는 하나 이상의 요소를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 여과기(16)는 다공성 여과 매질을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 여과기(16)는 딥-베드(deep-bed) 여과기를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 딥-베드 여과기는 느슨한-충진(loose-fill) 베드 여과기로 구축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 여과기(10) 및 제 2 여과기(16)는 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 장치를 사용하여 실행하고,용해물이 다공성 여과 매질을 가진 제 1 여과기의 도움으로 여과되고 입자 정련재는 상기 용해물에 첨가되는 것으로,상기 입자 정련재는 제 1 여과기뒤 용해물에 첨가되고, 상기 용해물은 제 2 여과기를 사용하여 흐름 방향에서 입자 정련 재료를 위한 공급부뒤에서 여과되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 용해물에 입자 정련재를 첨가하고 여과하기 위한 방법.
