Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 어레이 형상으로 배열되며 TFT(12) 및 투명성 재료로 이루어진 화소 전극(13)을 각각 포함하는 다수의 화소(11)와,상기 화소(11)의 로우에 대해 각각 배치되며 대응하는 로우(row)에 배열된 상기 화소(11)의 상기 TFT(12)를 활성화하는 다수의 주사선(14)과,상기 화소(11)의 컬럼에 대해 각각 배치되며 상기 TFT(12)를 경유하여 대응하는 컬럼(column)에 배열된 상기 화소(11)의 상기 화소 전극(13)에 데이터 신호를 공급하는 다수의 데이터선(15)을 포함하고,상기 화소(11) 각각은 도전 재료로 이루어지고 상기 화소 전극(13)에 전기적으로 접속되며 상기 화소 전극(13)의 주변를 따라 연장되는 차폐 부재(17)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 TFT-LCD 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 주사선(14)은 제1의 도전층에 의해 실현되고, 상기 데이터선(15) 및 상기 차폐 부재(17)는 제2의 도전층에 의해 실현되고, 상기 화소 전극(13)은 제3의 도전층에 의해 실현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 TFT-LCD 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제2의 도전층은 금속 또는 합금으로 이루어지고, 상기 제3의 도전층은금속 산화물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 TFT-LCD 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 화소 전극(13)은 적어도 하나의 관통홀(24)을 경유하여 상기 차폐 부재(17)에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 TFT-LCD 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 차폐 부재(17) 및 상기 주사선(14)은 서로 겹치는 각각의 광폭 확장부(19, 26)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 TFT-LCD 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 차폐 부재(17) 및 상기 화소 전극(13)은 상기 광폭 확장부(19, 26)에 대한 영역내에 배치된 적어도 하나의 관통홀(24)을 경유하여 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 TFT-LCD 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 TFT(12)는 상기 주사선에 대해 수직 또는 평행으로 연장되는 채널 영역을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 TFT-LCD 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 주사선(14)의 하나에 평행하게 인접하여 각각 연장되는 다수의 공통선(27)을 더 포함하고,상기 공통선(27) 각각은 광폭 확장부(28)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 TFT-LCD 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 차폐 부재(17)는 상기 공통선(27) 중의 하나의 상기 광폭 확장부(28)에 대향하는 광폭 확장부(26)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 TFT-LCD 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 공통선(27) 각각은 대응하는 로우에 배열된 상기 화소(11)의 거의 중심에서 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 TFT-LCD 장치.
