Claims (6)
- 용융아연 도금설비의 도금욕내에 부유된 불순아연을 제거하기 위한 장치에 있어서,상기 도금욕을 가로 질러 설치된 프레임부와;상기 프레임부에 설치된 불순아연 제거기 유닛과;상기 프레임부에 설치된 알루미늄 피더 유닛과;상기 프레임부에 설치된 스키머 유닛과;상기 프레임부에 설치된 질소 버블링 유닛을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 도금욕내 부유된 불순아연 제거장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 프레임부는 프레임과, 소정 길이의 래크기어가 형성되고 상기 프레임의 상부에 설치된 레일과, 상기 레일 사이에 설치된 지지 플레이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도금욕내 부유된 불순아연 제거장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 불순아연 제거기 유닛은 체인과, 스프로켓이 상기 체인과 함께 회전하는 상하 이동모터와, 지지 브라켓트를 통해서 상기 체인에 연결된 본체와, 상기 본체의 하부에 설치된 쇼블과, 가이드 롤러를 구비하고 상기 본체의 중앙부에 설치된 모터 지지대와, 그 선단에 피니언기어를 구비하고 상기 모터 지지대에 설치된 주행모터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도금욕내 부유된 불순아연제거장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 피더 유닛은 체인과, 스프로켓이 상기 체인과 함께 회전하는 상하 이동모터와, 지지 브라켓트를 통해서 상기 체인에 연결된 본체와, 상기 본체의 하부에 설치된 알루미늄 바스켓과, 가이드 롤러를 구비하고 상기 본체의 중앙부에 설치된 모터 지지대와, 그 선단에 피니언기어를 구비하고 상기 모터 지지대에 설치된 주행모터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도금욕내 부유된 불순아연 제거장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 스키머 유닛은 체인과, 스프로켓이 상기 체인과 함께 회전하는 상하 이동모터와, 지지 브라켓트를 통해서 상기 체인에 연결된 본체와, 상기 본체의 하부에 설치된 스키머 플레이트와, 가이드 롤러를 구비하고 상기 본체의 중앙부에 설치된 모터 지지대와, 그 선단에 피니언기어를 구비하고 상기 모터 지지대에 설치된 주행모터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도금욕내 부유된 불순아연 제거장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 질소 버블링 유닛은 체인과, 스프로켓이 상기 체인과 함께 회전하는 상하 이동모터와, 관(管) 형태로서 지지 브라켓트를 통해서 상기 체인에 연결된 본체와, 상기 본체의 하부에 설치되고 밸브바디를 통해 질소 유량이 조절되어 상기 도금욕 하부에서 질소를 버블링하는 질소노즐과, 상기 질소노즐에질소를 공급하는 질소 호스와, 가이드 롤러를 구비하고 상기 본체의 중앙부에 설치된 모터 지지대와, 그 선단에 피니언기어를 구비하고 상기 모터 지지대에 설치된 주행모터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도금욕내 부유된 불순아연 제거장치.
