- 니켈계 페라이트 재료로서,철(Fe)성분, 니켈(Ni)성분, 구리(Cu)성분, 아연(Zn)성분, 마그네슘(Mg)성분을 포함하고,원료단계에서의 페라이트 분말의 유황성분의 함유량이 S환산으로 300ppm∼900ppm 이고,염소성분의 함유량이 Cl환산으로 100ppm 이하로되며,소성후의 페라이트소결체의 유황성분의 함유량이 S환산으로 100ppm 이하이고,페라이트 소결체의 염소성분의 함유량이 Cl환산으로 25ppm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈계 페라이트 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서,소성 후 상기 페라이트 소결체의 염소성분 함유량이 Cl환산으로 10ppm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈계 페라이트 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 페라이트재료의 조성이 Fe203= 25∼52몰%, ZnO = 40몰% 이하, CuO = 20몰% 이하, NiO = 1∼65몰% 이하, MgO가 나머지를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈계 페라이트 재료.
- 다수의 페라이트 자성층 및 내부도체를 포함하는 적층칩부품으로서,상기 페라이트 자성층은 철(Fe)성분, 니켈(Ni)성분, 구리(Cu)성분, 아연(Zn)성분을 포함하하는 니켈계 페라이트 재료로 구성되며,원료단계에서의 페라이트 분말의 유황성분의 함유량이 S환산으로 300ppm∼900ppm 이고,염소성분의 함유량이 Cl환산으로 100ppm 이하로되며,소성후의 페라이트소결체의 유황성분의 함유량이 S환산으로 100ppm 이하이고,페라이트 소결체의 염소성분의 함유량이 Cl환산으로 25ppm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 칩 부품.
- 페라이트 자성층 및 내부도체를 적층하여 구성되는 하나 이상의 도체부를 포함하는 복합적층부품으로서,상기 페라이트 자성층은 철(Fe)성분, 니켈(Ni)성분, 구리(Cu)성분, 아연(Zn)성분을 포함하하는 니켈계 페라이트 재료로 구성되며,원료단계에서의 페라이트 분말의 유황성분의 함유량이 S환산으로 300ppm∼900ppm 이고,염소성분의 함유량이 Cl환산으로 100ppm 이하로되며,소성후의 페라이트소결체의 유황성분의 함유량이 S환산으로 100ppm 이하이고,페라이트 소결체의 염소성분의 함유량이 Cl환산으로 25ppm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합적층부품.
- 니켈계 페라이트 재료를 포함하는 페라이트 자심으로서,상기 페라이트 재료는 철(Fe)성분, 니켈(Ni)성분, 구리(Cu)성분, 아연(Zn)성분을 포함하하는 니켈계 페라이트 재료로 구성되며,원료단계에서의 페라이트 분말의 유황성분의 함유량이 S환산으로 300ppm∼900ppm 이고,염소성분의 함유량이 Cl환산으로 100ppm 이하로되며,소성후의 페라이트소결체의 유황성분의 함유량이 S환산으로 100ppm 이하이고,페라이트 소결체의 염소성분의 함유량이 Cl환산으로 25ppm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자심.
- 니켈계 페라이트재료로서,원료인 니켈화합물의 비표면적이 1.0~10㎡/g 또한 유황성분의 함유량이 S환산으로 100~1000ppm인 원료를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트재료.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 니켈계 페라이트재료의 조성이 Fe2O3= 25~52몰%, ZnO = 0~40몰%, CuO = 0~20몰%, NiO = 1~65몰%, MgO가 나머지로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트재료.
- 페라이트 자성층과 내부도체를 적층하여 구성되는 칩도체 또는 칩 비즈 부품을 포함하는 적층 칩 부품으로서,상기 페라이트 자성층은 니켈계 페라이트 재료로 구성되며,상기 니켈계 페라이트재료는 원료로서 니켈화합물을 이용하며, 이 니켈화합물은 비표면적이 1.0~10㎡/g 또는 유황성분의 함유량이 S환산으로 100~1000ppm인것을 특징으로 하는 적층 칩 부품.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 니켈계 페라이트 재료는 그 조성이 Fe2O3= 25~52몰%, ZnO = 0~40몰%, CuO = 0~20몰%, NiO = 1~65몰%, MgO가 그 나머지로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 칩 부품.
- 페라이트 자성층과 내부도체를 적층하여 구성되는 인덕터부를 최소한 갖는 복합적층부품으로서,상기 페라이트 자성층은 니켈계 페라이트 재료로 구성되며,상기 니켈계 페라이트재료는 원료로서 니켈화합물을 이용하며, 이 니켈화합물은 비표면적이 1.0~10㎡/g 또는 유황성분의 함유량이 S환산으로 100~1000ppm인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합적층부품.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 니켈계 페라이트 재료는 그 조성이 Fe2O3= 25~52몰%, ZnO = 0~40몰%,CuO = 0~20몰%, NiO = 1~65몰%, MgO가 그 나머지로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합적층부품.
- 니켈계 페라이트 재료를 포함하는 페라이트 자심으로서,상기 니켈계 페라이트재료는 원료로서 니켈화합물을 이용하며, 이 니켈화합물은 비표면적이 1.0~10㎡/g 또는 유황성분의 함유량이 S환산으로 100~1000ppm인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자심.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 니켈계 페라이트 재료는 그 조성이 Fe2O3= 25~52몰%, ZnO = 0~40몰%, CuO = 0~20몰%, NiO = 1~65몰%, MgO가 그 나머지로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자심.
