Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 유리 패널과 유리 판넬이 유리 프릿 소결물로 봉착된 봉착부를 갖는 컬러 음극선관에 있어서,이 컬러 음극선관 내부를 진공으로 했을 때에 상기 봉착부에 발생하는 최대 인장성 응력이 7 ∼ 10㎫로,상기 유리 프릿 소결물은 적어도 α-알루미나를 포함하는 저팽창 필러와, 결정성 저융점 유리를 함유하고, 또한적어도 상기 최대 인장성 응력이 발생하는 영역의 상기 봉착부의 계면의 결정 존재율이 50% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 음극선관.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유리 프릿 소결물이 α-알루미나를 함유하는 저팽창 필러와, 결정성 저융점 유리를 함유하여 이루어지고, 유리 프릿 소결물에 대한 상기 저팽창 필러와 결정성 저융점 유리의 함유율이 질량백분율 표시로,결정성 저융점 유리 90 ∼ 99%,저팽창 필러 1 ∼ 10%이고, 또한유리 프릿 소결물에 대한 상기 α-알루미나의 함유율이 0.1 ∼ 7%인 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 음극선관.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 α-알루미나의 입자는 그의 일부가 입경 3㎛ 이하의미립 α-알루미나이고,유리 프릿 소결물에 대한 상기 미립 α-알루미나의 함유율이 질량백분율 표시로 0.1 ∼ 5%인 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 음극선관.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유리 프릿 소결물이 α-알루미나를 함유하는 저팽창 필러와, 결정성 저융점 유리와, MgO 및/또는 Fe2O3를 함유하는 결정화 필러를 함유하여 이루어지고,유리 프릿 소결물에 대한 상기 각 성분의 함유율이 질량백분율 표시로,결정성 저융점 유리 90 ∼ 98.9%,저팽창 필러 1 ∼ 9.9%이고, 또한유리 프릿 소결물에 대한 상기 α-알루미나의 함유율이 0.1 ∼ 7%인 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 음극선관.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 MgO와 Fe2O3의 질량의 합이 유리 프릿 소결물에 대한 질량백분율 표시로 0.1 ∼ 5%인 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 음극선관.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유리 프릿 소결물이 α-알루미나를 함유하는 저팽창 필러와, 결정성 저융점 유리와, 결정화 필러로서의 단사정 ZrO2를 함유하여 이루어지고,각 성분의 유리 프릿 소결물에 대한 함유율이 질량백분율 표시로,결정성 저융점 유리 90 ∼ 98.99%,저팽창 필러 1 ∼ 9.99%이고, 또한유리 프릿 소결물에 대한 상기 α-알루미나의 함유율이 0.1 ∼ 7%인 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 음극선관.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 유리 프릿 소결물에 대한 상기 단사정 ZrO2의 함유율이 질량백분율 표시로 0.01 ∼ 1%인 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 음극선관.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 결정성 저융점 유리는 하기 산화물 기준의 함유율이 질량백분율 표시로 실질적으로,PbO 71 ∼ 81.99%,ZnO 9 ∼ 16%,B2O37 ∼ 10%,SiO21 ∼ 3%,BaO 0 ∼ 3%,CaO 0 ∼ 3%,SrO 0 ∼ 3%,Li2O 0 ∼ 3%,Na2O 0 ∼ 3%,K2O 0 ∼ 3%,Al2O30 ∼ 5%,Bi2O30 ∼ 10%,인 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 음극선관.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 저팽창 필러가 지르콘, 코디어라이트, 멀라이트, 티탄산납, 실리카, β-유클립타이트, β-스포듀민 및 β-석영고용체 중의 어느 하나 1종 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 음극선관.
- 결정성 저융점 유리 분말과,α-알루미나를 함유하는 저팽창 필러와,α-4PbO·B2O3결정분말 및/또는 Pb3O4결정분말로 이루어지는 결정화 필러를 함유하고,상기 α-알루미나의 일부가 입경 3㎛ 이하의 미립 α-알루미나인 유리 프릿으로,상기 유리 프릿에 대한 상기 각 성분의 함유율이 질량백분율 표시로,결정성 저융점 유리 분말 90 ∼ 99%,저팽창 필러 1 ∼ 10%이고, 또한유리 프릿 소결물에 대한 상기 α-알루미나의 함유율이 0.1 ∼ 7%, 또한상기 α-알루미나 중의 미립 α-알루미나의 함유율이 유리 프릿 소결물에 대해 0.1 ∼ 5%인 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 음극선관용 유리 프릿.
- 결정성 저융점 유리 분말과,α-알루미나를 함유하는 저팽창 필러와,α-4PbO·B2O3결정분말 및/또는 Pb3O4결정분말 그리고 MgO, Fe2O3및 단사정 ZrO2중 어느 하나 1종 이상을 함유하는 결정화 필러를 함유하여 이루어지는 유리 프릿에 있어서,각 성분의 상기 유리 프릿에 대한 함유율이 질량백분율 표시로결정성 저융점 유리 분말 90 ∼ 98.99%,저팽창 필러 1 ∼ 9.99%,결정화 필러 0.01 ∼ 5%이고, 또한유리 프릿 소결물에 대한 상기 α-알루미나의 함유율이 0.1 ∼ 7%인 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 음극선관용 유리 프릿.
- 제 10 항 또는 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 결정성 저융점 유리 분말은 하기 산화물 기준의 함유율이 질량백분율 표시로 실질적으로,PbO 71 ∼ 81.99%,ZnO 9 ∼ 16%,B2O37 ∼ 10%,SiO21 ∼ 3%,BaO 0 ∼ 3%,CaO 0 ∼ 3%,SrO 0 ∼ 3%,Li2O 0 ∼ 3%,Na2O 0 ∼ 3%,K2O 0 ∼ 3%,Al2O30 ∼ 5%,Bi2O30 ∼ 10%,인 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 음극선관용 유리 프릿.
- 제 10 항, 제 11 항 또는 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 저팽창 필러가 지르콘, 코디어라이트, 멀라이트, 티탄산납, 실리카, β-유클립타이트, β-스포듀민 및 β-석영고용체 중의 어느 하나 1종 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 음극선관용 유리 프릿.
