Claims (9)
- 열전자방출층이 상부에 형성되어 있고 내부에 히터가 삽입되어 있는 슬리브를 포함하는 음극선관용 음극에 있어서,상기 슬리브는 흑화된 물질을 함유하며, 다공질 표면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관용 음극.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 슬리브의 다공질 표면의 기공율이 10 내지 50%인 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관용 음극.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 슬리브의 다공질 표면은 표면 거칠기가 0.5 내지 5.0㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관용 음극.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 흑화된 물질이 산화크롬(Cr2O3)인 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관용 음극.
- 열전자방출층이 상부에 형성되어 있고 내부에 히터가 삽입되어 있는 슬리브를 포함하는 음극선관용 음극의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 슬리브는 금속 합금을 가습 수소분위기에서 열처리를 통해 흑화시킨 후, 증발되도록 하여 다공질 표면을 갖도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관용 음극의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 다공질 표면의 기공율이 10 내지 50%가 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관용 음극의 제조방법.
- 제 5항 또는 제 6항에 있어서,상기 금속 합금이 니켈-크롬(Ni-Cr) 합금이고, 열처리를 통해 산화크롬(Cr2O3)으로 흑화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관용 음극의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 열처리는 1050 내지 1100℃에서 2 내지 5분간 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관용 음극의 제조방법.
- 제 5항 또는 제 6항에 있어서,상기 슬리브의 다공질 표면은 표면 거칠기가 0.5 내지 5.0㎛가 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관용 음극의 제조방법.
