Description
Claims (39)
- 눈의 수정체낭 주머니내로 주사된 후 적응기능이 있는(accommodating) 안내 렌즈(intraocular lens)를 형성할 수 있는,약 1.0보다 큰 비중, 천연 수정체의 굴절력을 회복하는데 적합한 굴절률 및 표준 캐뉼러를 통해 주사하기에 적합한 점도를 갖는 주사가능한 안과용 폴리실록산 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,약 10 kPa 미만, 바람직하게는 약 5 kPa 미만의 영률(Young's modulus)을 갖는 렌즈를 형성할 수 있는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,1.38 내지 약 1.60의 굴절률을 갖는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,약 1.0보다 큰 비중을 갖는 하나 이상의 실록산 단량체를 갖는 폴리실록산을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,폴리실록산이 하기 화학식 1의 실록산 단량체를 갖는 조성물:화학식 1-RaRbSiO-상기 식에서,Ra및 Rb는 동일하거나 상이한 알킬 또는 페닐기이고, 이들중 하나 이상은 하나 또는 수개의 플루오르 원자로 치환된다.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,폴리실록산이 플루오로알킬(알킬)실록산 단량체(들)를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,단량체가 트리플루오로프로필메틸실록산 단량체를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 7 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,폴리실록산이 3가지 이상의 실록산 단량체 단위의 삼원공중합체 또는 고급 중합체인 조성물.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 8 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,폴리실록산이 아릴실록산 단량체를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,폴리실록산이 메틸실록산 및 치환된 메틸실록산, 페닐실록산 및 트리플루오로프로필실록산을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,폴리실록산이 본질적으로 (a) 디메틸실록산, (b) 메틸페닐실록산 또는 디페닐실록산 및 (c) 트리플루오로프로필메틸실록산 단량체의 삼원공중합체인 조성물.
- 제 7 항, 제 10 항 및 제 11 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,폴리실록산이 약 4 몰% 이상의 트리플루오로프로필메틸실록산을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,약 1.03 내지 1.20의 비중 및 약 1.38보다 큰 굴절률을 갖는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,가교결합될 수 있는 기가 부착된 작용성 폴리실록산, 가교결합제, 및 임의적으로 효과량의 촉매를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,작용성 폴리실록산이 비닐기를 갖고, 가교결합제가 하나 이상의 다작용성 실리콘 하이드라이드를 포함하며, 조성물이 효과량의 백금 금속 촉매를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,조성물이 비닐 치환된 작용성 폴리실록산을 포함하고,다작용성 하이드라이드 가교결합제가 비닐 대 하이드라이드기의 양이 1:1보다 크도록 선택되는 조성물.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,조성물이 비닐 치환된 작용성 폴리실록산을 포함하고,다작용성 하이드라이드 가교결합제가 비닐 대 하이드라이드기의 양이 1:1 미만이도록 선택되는 조성물.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,가교결합제가 2작용성 하이드라이드 및 2보다 높은 작용성을 갖는 하이드라이드의 혼합물인 조성물.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,가교결합제가 4작용성 하이드라이드인 조성물.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,가교결합제가 2작용성 가교결합제인 조성물.
- 제 14 항 내지 제 20 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,가교결합을 위한 작용기를 갖는 작용성 폴리실록산과 비-작용성 폴리실록산의 혼합물을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 20 항에 있어서,비-작용성 폴리실록산이 수정체낭 주머니를 통한 확산을 방지하기에 충분히 높은 분자량을 갖는 조성물.
- 제 21 항 또는 제 22 항에 있어서,비-작용성 폴리실록산의 양이 폴리실록산의 총량의 약 30 내지 93 중량%인 조성물.
- 제 23 항에 있어서,비-작용성 폴리실록산의 양이 폴리실록산의 총량의 약 50 내지 93 중량%인 조성물.
- 제 21 항에 있어서,비-작용성 폴리실록산의 양이 폴리실록산의 총량의 약 20 내지 50 중량%인 조성물.
- 제 25 항에 있어서,조성물이 비닐 치환된 작용성 폴리실록산을 포함하고,다작용성 하이드라이드 가교결합제가 비닐 대 하이드라이드기의 양이 1:1보다 크도록 선택되는 조성물.
- 제 25 항에 있어서,조성물이 비닐 치환된 작용성 폴리실록산을 포함하고,다작용성 하이드라이드 가교결합제가 비닐 대 하이드라이드기의 양이 1:1 미만이도록 선택되는 조성물.
- 제 14 항 내지 제 20 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,본질적으로 비-작용성 폴리실록산을 함유하지 않고, 작용성 비닐기를 갖는 폴리실록산 및 다작용성 하이드라이드 가교결합제를 하이드라이드기에 대해 과량의 비닐기를 제공하도록 하는 상대적인 양으로 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 14 항 내지 제 20 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,본질적으로 비-작용성 폴리실록산을 함유하지 않고, 작용성 비닐기를 갖는 폴리실록산 및 다작용성 하이드라이드 가교결합제를 비닐기에 대해 과량의 하이드라이드기를 제공하도록 하는 상대적인 양으로 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,비닐 치환된 작용성 폴리실록산, 비-작용성 폴리실록산, 다작용성 하이드라이드 가교결합제 및 효과량의 촉매를 포함하며, 이 때 비닐기 대 하이드라이드기의 양이 약 1:0.8 이상인 조성물.
- 제 30 항에 있어서,비-작용성 폴리실록산의 양이 작용성 폴리실록산에 대해 과량인 조성물.
- 제 31 항에 있어서,비-작용성 폴리실록산이 폴리실록산의 총량의 약 20% 이하인 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,실온에서 약 60000 cSt 미만의 점도를 갖는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 33 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리실록산 조성물을 눈의 수정체낭 주머니내로 주사함으로써 제조되는,시간의 경과에 따라 충분히 안정하게 유지되는 약 10 kPa 미만의 영률을 갖는 적응기능이 있는 안내 렌즈.
- 제 34 항에 있어서,약 5 kPa 미만의 영률을 갖는 렌즈.
- 제 34 항에 있어서,1.38 내지 약 1.60의 굴절률을 갖는 렌즈.
- 제 34 항에 있어서,폴리실록산 조성물이 눈 주위 온도에서 눈의 수정체낭 주머니내에서 가교결합된 렌즈.
- 제 37 항에 있어서,폴리실록산의 일부가 가교결합 반응에 참여하지 않은 렌즈.
- 제 38 항에 있어서,비-가교결합된 폴리실록산 부분이 수정체낭 주머니를 통한 확산을 실질적으로 방지하기에 충분히 높은 분자량을 갖는 렌즈.
