Claims (3)
- 냉공조용 파이프의 성형 방법에 있어서,내부가 비어 있는 원형 단면 형태의 제1,2 모재(10,20)를 준비한 다음, 상기 제2 모재(20)의 구멍(20a)에 제1 모재(10)를 삽입하는 과정과;상기 과정을 거친 제2 모재(20)의 일측 단부를 임내기 작업으로 가공면(30)을 형성한 다음, 이를 통상의 다이스(50)에 고정시켜 인발작업으로 미세구멍을 형성하는 과정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 냉공조용 파이프의 성형 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 모재(10)의 내부에 플러그(40)를 삽입하여 인발작업을 수행하는 과정을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉공조용 파이프의 성형 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 모재(10)의 내경은 0.5∼2.0φ이며, 상기 제2 모재(20)의 내경은 5.0∼15φ임을 특징으로 하는 냉공조용 파이프의 성형 방법.
