Claims (12)
- Adhesive 층과 Backing 층을 갖는 Matrix Type의 치아 에나멜 부착 용 패취에 있어서, 상기 부착 층(Adhesive)에 치아 미백제로 과산화물을 과산화물 안정화제와 함께 함유하고, 주요 기제로 사용하는 폴리머로는 친수성의 글라스 폴리머(glass polymer)를 사용함으로써 치아에 접촉 시 글라스 폴리머가 수화 되면서 수화 되기 전보다 최소 2배 이상의 강한 접착력이 생기면서, 미백제 방출이 시작되며, 수화 되기 전에는 adhesive 층이 고형 상태로 피부에 닿았다가 떼어 내었을 때 피부에 잔류물이 10% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 dry type 의 치아 미백 용 패취
- 제 1항에 있어서, 과산화물은 과산화 수소(hydrogen peroxide), 과산화 요소(carbamide peroxide), 과산화 칼슘(calcium peroxide), 과탄산 나트륨(sodium percarbonate), 과붕산 나트륨(sodium perborate), 과산화피로인산나트륨 (tetrasodium pyrophosphate peroxidate) 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상임을 특징으로 하는 dry type 의 치아 미백용 패취
- 제 1항에 있어서, Adhesive 층에 사용되는 친수성의 글라스 폴리머는 폴리 알킬 비닐 에테르-말레인산 공중합체(PVM/MA copolymer, Gantrez AN 119, AN 139, S-97), 폴리 비닐 알코올, 폴리 아크릴 산, Poloxamer 407(Pluronic), 폴리 비닐피롤리돈-비닐 아세테이트 공중합체(PVP/VA copolymer; Luviskol VA, Plasdone S PVP/VA), 폴리 비닐 피롤리돈(PVP, K-30~K-120), Polyquaterium-11(Gafquat 755N), Polyquaterium-39(Merquat plus 3330), Carbomer (Carbopol), 하이드록시 프로필 메틸 셀룰로오즈, 하이드록시 에틸 셀룰로오즈, 하이드록시 프로필 셀룰로오즈, 젤라틴 (Gelatin), 알긴 산(Sodium Alginate) 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상임을 특징으로 하는 dry type 의 치아 미백용 패취
- 제 1항에 있어서, 과산화물 안정화제는 알킬 아릴 설포네이트 염, 알킬 카르복실레이트 염, 알킬 디페닐 옥사이드 디설포네이트, 스판20(Span 20, Sorbitan Monolaurate), 스판 40(Span 40, Sorbitan Monopalmitate), 스판 60(Span 60, Sorbitan Mono stearate), 스판 80(Span 80; Sorbitan Monooleate), 스판 85(Span 85, Sorbitan Trioleate), TWEEN (POE sorbitan fatty acid ester) 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상임을 특징으로 하는 dry type의 치아 미백용 패취
- 제 1항에 있어서, 미백 효과의 증진을 위해 축합 인산염을 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 dry type 의 치아 미백용 패취
- 제 5항에 있어서, 축합 인산염은 tetrasodium pyrophosphate(TSPP), sodium acid pyrophosphate(SAPP), sodium hexametaphosphate(SHMP), sodium tripolyphosphate(STP), sodium potassium tripolyphosphate(SKTP),tetrapotassium pyrophosphate(TKPP), acidic sodium metapolyphosphate (Sporix) 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상임을 특징으로 하는 dry type 의 치아 미백용 패취
- 제 1항에 있어서, Backing 층에 셀룰로오즈 아세테이트 프탈레이트, 셀락(Shellac), 폴리 비닐 아세테이트, 에틸 셀룰로오즈, 폴리 메틸 메타 크릴레이트, 메타크릴로일 에틸 베타인/메타크릴레이트 공중합체 (Yukaformer: Metacryloyl Ethyl Betain/Metacylate Copolymer), 메타 아크릴 공중합체(methacrylic acid copolymers; Eudragit L 100, Eudragit L 12,5, Eudragit L 100-55, Eudragit L 30D-55), 아미노 알킬 메타 아크릴레이트 공중합체(aminoalkyl methacrylate copolymers; Eudragit E 100, Eudragit E 12,5, Eudragit RL 100, Eudragit RL 30D) 단독 또는 이들의 혼합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 dry type 의 치아 미백용 패취
- Adhesive층과 Backing층을 갖는 Matrix Type의 치아 에나멜 부착용 패취에 있어서, 상기 부착층(Adhesive)에 치아 미백제로 과산화물을 함유하고, 주요기제로 사용하는 폴리머로는 과산화물과 상용성이 좋은 폴리 비닐 피롤리돈-비닐 아세테이트 공중합체(PVP/VA copolymer; Luviskol VA, Plasdone S PVP/VA), 폴리 비닐 피롤리돈(PVP, K-30~K-120), Polyquaterium-11(Gafquat 755N), Polyquaterium-39(Merquat plus 3330)에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 친수성의 글라스 폴리머(glass polymer)를 사용하며, 부착층 조성에 물과 에탄올 비를 9:1 내지 0:10으로 조절함으로써 별도의 과산화물 안정화제 첨가없이 과산화물의 안정성이 확보되며, 치아에 접촉 시 글라스 폴리머가 수화 되면서 수화 되기 전보다 최소 2배 이상의 강한 접착력이 생기면서, 미백제 방출이 시작되며, 수화 되기 전에는 adhesive 층이 고형 상태로 피부에 닿았다가 떼어 내었을 때 피부에 잔류물이 10% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 dry type 의 치아 미백 용 패취
