Claims (10)
- 자동차에서 발생하는 소음을 차단하기 위하여 설치되는 자동차용 흡차음 성형기재에 있어서,상기 흡차음 성형기재는 PET섬유(Polyester staple fiber)를 소재로 종류별 특성에 따라 분포도를 달리하여 고밀도층과 저밀도층에 의한 연질층과 경질층으로 세분화하여 다층구조로 된 WEB적층체로 이루어져 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 흡차음재.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 다층구조의 WEB적층체로 이루어진 흡차음용 성형기재는상부층은 PET regular형 1.5-6D, 30-76mm 가 30 ~ 50%와, PET 이형단면 편평직사각형 1.5-6D, 30-76mm 가 20 ~ 50%와, 시스코아형 저융점 바인더섬유 섬도 2-10D, 섬유장 30-76㎜인 PET/PE, PET/PP, PET/PA, PET/변성PET TYPE중에서 선택적으로 20 ~ 30%를 혼용하여 단위중량 100 ~ 1,200g/㎡으로 구성된 저밀도연질층으로 구성되며,중간층에는 고주파음역에서도 흡음력을 극대화할 수 있도록 세데니어에 의한 단위면적을 넓히고, 다공질형 특성을 부여하도록 이형단면구조를 가진 PET섬유 1.5-6D, 30 ~ 76mm 50 ~ 60%와 콘쥬게이트 홀로우 타입(conjugate hollow type, 중공도 8 ~ 50%) 섬도 1.5-6D, 섬유장 30-76mm 10 ~ 30%와 저융점 바인더섬유 섬도1.5-10D, 섬유장 30-76㎜인 PET/PE, PET/PP, PET/PA, PET/변성PET TYPE중에서 선택적으로 20 ~ 30%를 혼용하여 단위중량 300 ~ 1,200g/㎡으로 구성된 고밀도연질층으로 구성하며,바닥층에는 PET섬유 regular형 섬도 1.5-6D, 섬유장 30~76 mm, 30 ~ 50%와 이형단면 편평직사각형(S/C형) 1.5-6D 30-76mm 40 ~ 50%와 저융점 바인더섬유로서 PET/PE, PET/PP, PET/PA, PET/변성PET TYPE중에서 선택적으로 20 ~ 30%를 혼용하여 단위중량 100 ~ 1,200g/㎡으로 구성된 고밀도연질층으로 구성하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 흡차음재로서 된 3층적층구조의 단위중량은 600-2,000g/㎡, 두께20-40mm로 구성되는 자동차용 흡차음재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 이형단면섬유의 단면은 원형, 타원형, 편평직사각형 또는 땅콩껍질모양을 가진 것으로 섬도 1.5 ~ 6데니어, 섬유장 30 ~ 76mm로 하며 그 혼용비율은 전체 섬유 중량의 15 ~ 80%로 하여 선택적으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 흡차음재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 콘쥬게이트사는 내부의 Hole(중공)이 한 개 내지 4개까지 구성된 것으로 8-50% 범위의 중공율을 가진 것이며 섬도는 1.5 ~ 6데니어, 섬유장 30 ~ 76mm로 하며 그 혼용비율은 전체 섬유 중량의 10 ~ 30%로 하여 선택적으로 구성된 것으로 하고 부드러운 촉감과 발키성을 부여하며 다공특성으로 인한 흡음성능이 향상되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 흡차음재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 저융점 바인더섬유는 시스코아형(sheath core type)으로서 섬도 1.5 ~ 10데니어, 섬유장 30 ~ 76mm로 하며, 그 혼용비율은 전체 섬유 중량의 10 ~ 50%로 하여 선택적으로 구성된 것으로 하고, PET/PE, PET/PP, PET/PA, PET/변성PET 섬유 중에서 융점이 80 - 180℃ 범위인 것을 폴리에스터 섬유로 구성되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 흡차음재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 흡차음 성형기재에 사용되는 PET(Polyester staple fiber)섬유는 단독 또는 타 천연섬유, 화학섬유, 무기섬유 등과 혼용으로 사용하며, 고밀도, 저밀도에 의한 연질층, 경질층으로 구분하여 2층 또는 3층의 구조로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 흡차음재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 흡차음 성형기재는 내외측에 강도보강을 위하여 필름류, 부직포, 편직물, 유리섬유시트, PP포대, PVC판, 마포, 압축지, 극박알루미늄 중 어느 하나로 된 커버부재가 보강 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 흡차음재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 다층구조로 된 적층체의 사이에는 폴리에틸렌(POLYETYLENE), 폴리프로필렌(POLYPROPYLENE), 이브이에이(EVA), 폴리아마이드(POLYAMIDE), 폴리에스터(POLYESTER), 폴리아크릴로니트릴(POLYACRYLONITRILE), 폴리우레탄(POLYURETHANE)계 등의 HOT MELT ADHESIVE 접착성물질을 도포하거나 필름상으로 삽입시켜 흡차음기능을 보강할 목적으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 흡차음재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 적층체에 Heavy Layer를 부착하여 흡차음기능을 강화시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 흡차음재.
- 제1항에 있어서,니들펀칭 작업은 카드기로부터의 WEB상태를 균일하게 유지시키고 건조기내의 열풍에 의해 섬유가 손상되는 막기위한 것으로 통상 침밀도 20-100Points/㎠ 이내로 되도록 Pre-needling하며 제품의 용도에 따라 외관상 표리의 촉감이나 필링정도를 동일하게 마감처리 요할 때는 100-200Points/㎠ 정도로 상,하에서 동시에 Main-needling 작업을 거치도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 흡차음재.
