Description
Claims (9)
- 유입 수량의 변동에 따라 부유하는 부유기;상기 부유기와 연결되어 부유기와 함께 부유되며, 상등수 유입공이 형성된 가동관; 및상기 가동관이 내삽되어 유입된 상등수를 배출하는 고정관을 포함하는 상등수 유출장치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하폐수 처리조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가동관은상기 상등수 유입공이 형성된 나팔관과,상기 나팔관의 하단에 부착되며 상기 나팔관의 재질보다 비중이 큰 재질의 하부관으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 하폐수 처리조.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 가동관의 하부관에는 측방 돌출부가 형성되며,상기 고정관에는 상기 측방 돌출부의 이동을 안내하기 위한 가이드부와, 이동을 한정하기 위한 멈춤턱이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 하폐수 처리조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 상등수 유출 장치는,상기 가동관과 상기 고정관 사이로 유입물이 유입되는 것을 방지하기 위한 주름관을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하폐수 처리조.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 주름관은, 전단 변형에 저항할 수 있도록 원형 또는 코일 형상의 심선이 배치된 방수포로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 하폐수 처리조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 상등수 유출 장치를 구비한 내장형 침전조와;수중펌프와, 상기 수중 펌프로부터 압송된 유입수를 분출하기 위하여 압송수 유출구가 형성된 라인헤더와, 상기 수중 펌프와 상기 라인헤더를 연결하는 압송수관을 포함하는 교반수단; 및유입수에 산소를 공급하기 위한 폭기수단;을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하폐수 처리조.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 압송수 유출구는 수류의 흐름 방향에서 하향 경사진 다수개의 관통공으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 하폐수 처리조.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 압송수관은 수면으로 연장되어 배치되며, 압송수의 유속을 제어하기 위하여 압력계와 압송수 제어 밸브를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 하폐수 처리조.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 침전조는,침강된 슬러지를 처리조 내부로 반송하기 위한 슬러지 반송관과,상기 슬러지 반송관을 통과하는 슬러지의 일부가 외부로 배출될 수 있도록 상기 슬러지 반송관의 중간부에서 분기한 슬러지 배출관을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하폐수 처리조.
