Claims (9)
- 연결 유로(流路)에 의해 통해 있는 주(主) 유로측 밸브실(valve室)과 부(副) 유로측 밸브실을 가지고, 또한주 유로측 밸브실의 저부(底部) 중앙에 마련된 주 유로측 연통(連通) 포트(port)와 통해 있는 주 유로,상기 주 유로측 밸브실과 통해 있는 분기(分岐) 유로, 및상기 부 유로측 밸브실의 저부 중앙에 마련된 부 유로측 연통 포트와 통해 있는 부 유로를 가지는 본체와;상기 주 유로측 연통 포트와 상기 부 유로측 연통 포트 각각을 개폐하는 밸브 몸체를 가지는 구동부를 구비한 매니폴드 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분기 유로와 연결 유로가 주 유로에 대하여 직교하는 방향으로 마련되고, 또한 부 유로가 분기 유로와 평행하게 마련되는 매니폴드 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분기 유로와 연결 유로가 주 유로에 대하여 직교하는 방향으로 마련되고, 또한 부 유로가 주 유로와 평행하게 마련되는 매니폴드 밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 주 유로가 본체의 한쪽 측면에 또는 본체를 관통하여 마련되는 매니폴드 밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 부 유로가 본체의 한쪽 측면에 또는 본체를 관통하여 마련되는 매니폴드 밸브.
- 주 유로측 밸브실과 부 유로측 밸브실과 순환 유로측 밸브실의 세 밸브실을 가지고, 또한주 유로측 밸브실과 부 유로측 밸브실을 통하게 하는 연결 유로,상기 주 유로측 밸브실의 저부 중앙에 마련된 주 유로측 연통 포트와 상기 순환 유로측 밸브실의 저부 중앙에 마련된 순환 유로측 연통 포트의 양쪽에 각각 통해 있는 주 유로,상기 주 유로측 밸브실과 통해 있는 분기 유로,상기 부 유로측 밸브실의 저부 중앙에 마련된 부 유로측 연통 포트와 통해 있는 부 유로, 및상기 순환 유로측 밸브실과 통해 있는 순환 유로를 가지는 본체와;상기 본체의 상부에 고정되고, 상기 주 유로측 연통 포트, 부 유로측 연통 포트 및 순환 유로측 연통 포트 각각을 개폐하는 밸브 몸체를 가지는 구동부를 구비한 매니폴드 밸브.
- 제6항에 있어서, 분기 유로, 연결 유로 및 부 유로가 주 유로에 대하여 직교하는 방향으로 마련되는 매니폴드 밸브.
- 제6항에 있어서, 분기 유로 및 연결 유로가 주 유로에 대하여 직교하는 방향으로 마련되고, 또한 부 유로가 주 유로와 평행하게 마련되는 매니폴드 밸브.
- 제6항에 있어서, 분기 유로, 주 유로측 밸브실, 연결 유로 및 부 유로측 밸브실의 저면이 서로 일치하도록 형성되고, 또한 순환유로와 순환 유로측 밸브실의 저면이 서로 일치하도록 형성되는 매니폴드 밸브.
