Claims (6)
- 증발 농축 장치에 있어서,고정된 외부통;상기 외부통으로부터 배출되는 수증기를 재압축시키는 증기재압축기;상기 외부통 내부에서 회전하며 상기 증기재압축기에서 발생된 압축수증기에 의하여 가열되어 표면에 분사된 원료를 증발시키는 회전식 증발기;상기 회전식 증발기를 경유하고 응축수 배출펌프를 통해 이송된 응축수의 열에 의하여 원료저장조로부터 여과기를 통과한 원료를 가열시키는 회전식 열교환기;상기 회전식 열교환기를 통하여 가열되고, 펌프에 의하여 상기 외부통으로 압송되는 원료와 상기 외부통 하부에 모인 잔여물을 여과기로 여과한 원료를 함께 상기 회전식 증발기 표면으로 분사시키는 분사 파이프; 및초기 수증기 공급과 운전중 손실된 열에너지 보충을 위한 히터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동 세정구를 가진 다관 회전식 증발 농축 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 회전식 증발기는 열전달 효과를 극대화하기 위하여 직선 증발관이 복수로 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 유동 세정구를 가진 다관 회전식 증발 농축 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 직선 증발관의 외표면에는 열전달을 위하여 다수개의 돌출부를 형성함을 특징으로 하는 유동 세정구를 가진 다관 회전식 증발 농축 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 직선 증발관의 내표면에는 열전달을 위하여 다수개의 핀을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 유동 세정구를 가진 다관 회전식 증발 농축 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 직선 증발관으로 구성된 상기 회전식 증발기는 그물망에 둘러싸여 있음을 특징으로 하는 유동 세정구를 가진 다관 회전식 증발 농축 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 그물망 내에는 상기 회전식 증발기가 회전함에 따라 함께 유동하며 상기 직선 증발관의 표면에 스케일 방지나 이미 형성된 스케일 제거를 목적으로 하는세정구들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동 세정구를 가진 다관 회전식 증발 농축 장치.
