Claims (3)
- E형 코어(1)의 중간 철심에 1차코일과 2차코일이 감긴 보빈(B)을 끼우고 E형 코어의 양단부에 I형 코어(2)를 결합한 것에 있어서, E형 코어(1)의 단부에 결합용 돌출부(1a)를 각각 형성하고 I형 코어(2)의 결합부분에는 상기 돌출부(1a)가 상대적으로 결합되는 결합홈(2a)을 형성하여 용접없이 E형 코어(1)의 단부측 돌출부(1a)와 I형 코어(2)의 결합홈(2a)에 의하여 결합하여 조립된 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스포머의 코어.
- 제1항에 있어서, E형 코어(1)의 단부에 형성된 돌출부(1a)와 결합홈(2a)은 사다리꼴로 형성되어 상하 수직으로 끼워 맞춰 결합하게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스포머의 코어.
- 제1항에 있어서, I형 코어(2)의 모서리(2b)를 둥글게 라운딩으로 형성하여 자기회로의 자속(磁束)이 흐터짐이 없이 원활하게 흐를 수 있게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스포머의 코어.
