Claims (10)
- 전기자동차에 있어서,주 동력원인 메인 배터리와;메인 배터리에서 검출되는 전류값에 따라 모터 제어, SOC 산출, 배터리 용량(Ah) 산출 등을 수행하며, 배터리의 SOC와 배터리 팩의 전압, 전압 차이 등의 조건에 따라 최대 방전 허용 전류값을 별도로 관리하고, 회생 제동시 온도에 따라 전류 제한을 설정하며, 주행 차량의 출력 전압에 따라 전류 제한을 설정하고, 배터리 팩의 각 온도 조건에 따라 전류 제한값을 설정하는 BMS와;상기 BMS내의 프로세서에서 인가되는 제어신호에 따라 접점이 스위칭되어 배터리의 전압을 모터측에 공급하는 컨텍터와;상기 컨텍터를 통해 공급되는 배터리의 전압을 제어하여 구동력을 발생하는 모터의 토오크, 구동 속도 등을 제어하는 모터 제어기로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 방전 전류 제한장치.
- 배터리의 전압/전류 정보를 검출하여 전압 제한 모드의 진입 조건을 만족하는지 판단하는 과정과;상기에서 전압 제한 모드의 진입조건을 만족하면 최대 방전 허용 전류를 설정된 제한 전류값으로 설정하는 과정과;배터리의 전류 방전이 제한값으로 설정되어 있는 상태에서 배터리 전압의 회복이 검출되면 전압 제한 모드를 해제한 후 최대 전류 방전 모드로 복귀하는 과정과;현재의 배터리 전압/전류 정보가 전압 제한 모드의 진입 조건을 만족하지 않으면 설정된 배터리의 각 상태 조건에 따른 전압 제한 모드의 진입 조건인지를 판단하여 전압 제한 모드를 설정하는 과정과;회생 제동 제어에 따른 전압 제한 모드의 진입 조건인지를 판단하여 전압 제한 모드를 설정하는 과정과;주행시의 출력 전압에 따른 전압 제한 모드의 진입 조건인지를 판단하여 전압 제한 모드를 설정하는 과정과;배터리 팩의 온도 조건에 따른 전압 제한 모드의 진입 조건인지를 판단하여 전압 제한 모드를 설정하는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 방전 전류 제한방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 배터리의 각 상태 조건에 따른 전압 제한은 배터리의 SOC가 설정된 제한값 이하이면 전압 제한 모드로 진입한 후 방전 제한 전류를 SOC 제한값으로 설정하는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 방전 전류 제한방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 배터리의 각 상태 조건에 따른 전압 제한은 배터리의 팩 전압이 설정된한계값 이하를 유지하면 전압 제한 모드로 진입한 후 방전 제한 전류를 팩 제한 전류값으로 설정하는 과정으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 방전 전류 제한방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 배터리의 각 상태 조건에 따른 전압 제한은 배터리 팩의 최고 전압에서 평균전압을 차연산하여 추출한 제1전압이 설정된 제1전압값 이상을 유지하거나 평균전압에서 최소 전압을 차연산하여 추출한 제2전압이 설정된 제2전압 이상을 유지하는 경우 전압 제한 모드로 진입한 후 방전 제한 전류를 전압 차이 제한값으로 설정하는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 방전 전류 제한방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 회생 제동 제어에 따른 전압 제한은 회생 제동시 에러의 발생이 검출되면 회생 제동 전류값을 '0'으로 설정하고, 에러 발생이 검출되지 않으면 최대 방전 허용 전류를 회생 제동 최대 전류값으로 설정하는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 방전 전류 제한방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 주행시의 출력 전압에 따른 전압 제한은 SOC의 상태에 따라 시간 경과에 따른 각 단계별 제한 전류값으로 방전 제어를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 방전 전류 제한방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 배터리 팩의 온도 조건에 따른 전압 제한은 배터리 팩의 최고 온도가 전류 제한 최고 온도 이상이거나 평균 온도가 전류 제한 평균 온도 이상이면 전압 제어 모드로 진입한 후 방전 제한 전류를 제한 온도의 조건으로 설정하는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 방전 전류 제한방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 배터리 팩의 온도 조건에 따른 전압 제한은 배터리 팩의 최소 온도가 전류 제한 최소 온도 이하이면 전압 제어 모드로 진입한 후 방전 전류를 제한 온도의 조건으로 설정하는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차이 방전 전류 제한방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 배터리 팩의 온도 조건에 따른 전압 제한은 배터리 팩의 최고 온도에서 평균 온도를 차 연산한 제1온도가 최대 방전 허용 온도 이상이거나 평균온도에서 최소 온도를 차 연산한 제2온도가 최소 방전 허용온도 이상이면 전압 제한 모드로 진입한 후 방전 전류를 제한 온도의 조건으로 설정하고, 상기의 조건을 만족하지 않는 경우 최대 방전 허용 모드로 복귀하는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는전기자동차의 방전 전류 제한방법.
