Claims (5)
- 본 발명의 흡음 경량콘크리트 조성물은 보통시멘트와 속경성인 특수시멘트와의 혼합 비율이 80∼30 : 20∼70되게 혼합한 시멘트계 조성물 65∼75중량%에 표면 개질 발포 펄라이트 15∼30중량%, 폐 섬유 1∼5중량%를 혼합한 재료들로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 흡음 경량콘크리트 조성물.
- 청구항 1.의 조성물에 기포제 0.1∼0.5중량%와 폴리머 모디파이어 3∼10중량% 첨가하여 물/시멘트 비를 0.45∼0.65되게 물을 첨가하여 몰탈을 제조하는 방법
- 청구항 2.의 몰탈을 판상의 형틀에 투입하고 진동 가압 하여 상온(0∼40℃)에서 자연 건조 양생하는 제조방법
- 청구항 1.의 조성물 중 표면 개질 발포 펄라이트의 대체 혹은 혼용재료로 발포 질석, 목편 등을 첨가하여 흡음 경량콘크리트를 제조하는 방법
- 청구항 1.의 발포 펄라이트는 표면 개질제는 규산과 알칼리의 몰비(SiO2/M2O)가 3.5∼5.8인 저 알카리 규산염 수용액으로 발포 펄라이트에 대하여 5∼15중량% 되게 코팅하여 250℃에서 약 1시간 건조시킨 표면 개질 발포 펄라이트의 제조방법
