Abstract

발명에 따른 홀로그래픽 롬 시스템은 재생용 기준광을 생성하는 광원과, 재생용 기준광을 반사시키는 광 분리기와, 반사된 재생용 기준광을 소정 각도로 편향시키는 반사경과, 반사경을 회전시켜 광 분리기에서 제공되는 재생용 기준광의 편향각도를 조절하는 액추에이터와, 재생용 기준광의 편향각도 변경에 관계없이 재생용 기준광의 입사위치를 보정하여 디스크의 어느 특정 위치로 입사시키는 보정 광학계를 포함한다.
이상 설명한 바와 같이, 본 발명은 각도 중첩 방식으로 기록된 데이터 재생 시에 재생용 기준광의 입사각이 변경되더라도 보정 광학계를 이용하여 디스크에 입사되는 재생용 기준광의 위치를 일정하게 할 수 있기 때문에 재생용 기준광에 의해 생성된 재생용 신호광도 대물렌즈의 광축에 일치하여 재생시킬 수 있어 재생 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.

Description

홀로그래픽 롬 시스템{HOLOGRAPHIC ROM SYSTEM}
본 발명은 홀로그래픽 롬 시스템에 관한 것으로, 특히 재생용 기준광의 입사각에 관계없이 재생용 기준광이 디스크에 입사되는 위치를 고정시킬 수 있는 홀로그래픽 롬 시스템에 관한 것이다.
첨부된 도면을 참조하여 종래 기술에 의한 홀로그래픽 롬 시스템을 설명한다. 도 1은 종래 기술에 의한 홀로그래픽 롬 시스템을 도시한 도면이다.
도 1을 참조하면, 홀로그래픽 롬 시스템은 크게 픽업부(100), 디스크(200), 모터(210), 제어부(300) 및 신호 처리부(400)를 포함한다. 여기서, 디스크(200)는 각도 중첩 방식으로 기록된 데이터가 저장된 매체로써, 재생 시에 제어부(300)의 제어 하에 구동되는 모터(210)에 의해서 회전된다.
픽업부(100)는 제 1 액추에이터(102), 광원(104), 광 분리기(106), 반사경(108), 어퍼쳐(110), 대물렌즈(112), 제 2 액추에이터(114), 광 수광부(116)로 이루어진다. 이때, 픽업부(100)는 제 1 액추에이터(102)와 연결되어 이동되고, 대물렌즈(112)는 제 2 액추에이터(114)와 연결되어 이동된다.
광원(104)은 재생용 기준광을 생성하여 광 분리기(106)에 제공하며, 광 분리기(106)는 재생용 기준광 중 일부를 반사시켜 반사경(108)으로 입사시킨다. 광 분리기(106)에서 의해서 반사된 재생용 기준광은 반사경(108)에 의해서 소정각도로 편향되어 디스크(200)에 입사된다. 디스크(200)에 입사되는 재생용 기준광의 입사각은 기록 시에 이용되는 기록용 기준광의 입사각과 동일하다.
디스크(200)에서는 반사경(108)에 의해서 소정 각도로 편향된 재생용 기준광이 조사될 때 기록된 간섭 무늬가 재생용 기준광을 회절시켜 재생용 신호광을 생성시키고, 재생용 신호광은 어퍼쳐(110) 및 대물렌즈(112)를 통해 광 분리기(106)에 제공된다. 광 분리기(106)는 재생용 신호광을 반사시켜 광 수광부(116)에 제공한다.
광 수광부(118)에서 수광된 재생용 신호광은 신호 처리부(400)에 의해서 재생된다.
홀로그래픽 롬 시스템은 각도 중첩 기록된 데이터 중에서 어느 한 각도로 입사되는 재생용 기준광을 이용하여 데이터를 재생시킨 후에, 다른 각도로 기록된 데이터를 디스크(200)로부터 재생시키기 위하여 반사경(106)의 위치를 변경시켜 재생용 기준광의 입사각을 변화시킨다.
상기와 같은 과정을 반복하여 홀로그래픽 롬 시스템은 각도 중첩 방식으로 기록된 데이터를 재생시킨다.
그러나, 반사경(106)의 위치 변경에 따라 재생용 기준광이 디스크(200)에 입사되는 위치가 변동되며, 이에 따라 디스크(200)에서 출사되는 재생용 신호광의 위치도 변경되기 때문에 재생용 신호광의 경로가 대물렌즈의 광 축에서 벗어나게 되어 재생용 신호광의 왜곡이 발생되는 문제점이 있다.
또한, 재생용 신호광의 경로가 대물렌즈의 광 축에서 벗어나기 때문에, 홀로그래픽 롬 시스템의 광 수광부에서 재대로 재생 신호를 검출할 수 없는 문제점이 있다.
본 발명의 목적은 이와 같은 종래 기술의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로, 반사경과 디스크 사이에 보정 광학계를 설치하여 재생용 기준광의 입사각이 변경되더라도 재생용 기준광이 디스크의 일정 위치에 입사되도록 함으로써, 재생 효율을향상시킬 수 있는 홀로그래픽 롬 시스템을 제공하고자 한다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은, 홀로그래픽 롬 디스크를 재생시키는 홀로그래픽 롬 시스템에 있어서, 재생용 기준광을 생성하는 광원과, 상기 재생용 기준광을 반사시키는 광 분리기와, 상기 반사된 재생용 기준광을 소정 각도로 편향시키는 반사경과, 상기 반사경을 회전시켜 상기 광 분리기에서 제공되는 재생용 기준광의 편향각도를 조절하는 액추에이터와, 상기 재생용 기준광의 편향각도 변경에 관계없이 상기 재생용 기준광의 입사위치를 보정하여 상기 디스크의 어느 특정 위치로 입사시키는 보정 광학계를 포함한다.
도 1은 종래 기술에 의한 홀로그래픽 롬 시스템의 전체적인 구조를 도시한 구조도이고,
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 홀로그래픽 롬 시스템의 픽업부를 도시한 구조도이고,
도 3은 본 발명의 홀로그래픽 롬 시스템에서 보정 광학계를 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
＜도면의 주요부분에 대한 부호의 설명＞

본 발명의 실시 예는 다수개가 존재할 수 있으며, 이하에서 첨부한 도면을 참조하여 바람직한 실시 예에 대하여 상세히 설명하기로 한다. 이 기술 분야의 숙련자라면 이 실시 예를 통해 본 발명의 목적, 특징 및 이점들을 잘 이해할 수 있을 것이다.
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 홀로그래픽 롬 시스템의 픽업부 구조를 도시한 구조도이고, 도 3은 본 발명에 따른 홀로그래픽 롬 시스템에서 보정 광학계를 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 2를 참조하면, 홀로그래픽 롬 시스템의 픽업부 구조는 광원(300), 광 분리기(310), 반사경(320), 액추에이터(325), 보정 광학계(330), 디스크(340), 광학계(350)를 포함한다. 이때 광학계(350)는 어퍼쳐와 대물렌즈로 이루어지며, 디스크(340)에는 각도 중첩 방식으로 기록된 데이터들이 저장되어 있고 재생 시에 모터에 의해서 회전된다.
광원(300)은 재생용 기준광을 생성하여 광 분리기(310)에 제공하며, 광 분리기(310)는 재생용 기준광 중 일부를 반사시켜 반사경(320)으로 입사시킨다. 여기서, 반사경(320)은 액추에이터(325)에 의해서 회전되어 광 분리기(310)에서 제공되는 재생용 기준광을 소정 각도로 편향시킨다.
즉, 액추에이터(325)는 디스크(340)에 각도 중첩 방식으로 기록된 데이터 중에서 첫 번째 각도로 편향된 기록용 기준광을 이용하여 기록된 데이터를 재생시키기 위해서 반사경(320)을 회전시키고, 이에 따라 반사경(320)은 재생용 기준광을 첫 번째 데이터 기록 시 기록용 기준광의 각도와 동일한 각도로 편향시켜 보정 광학계(330)에 제공한다.
보정 광학계(330)는, 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 반사경(320)의 위치에서 f1 거리에 위치하며, 임의의 편향각도(θ)로 입사되는 재생용 기준광을 90-θ각도로 편향시키는 제 1 렌즈(330a)와 디스크(340)와 f2 거리에 위치하고 제 1 렌즈(330a)와 f1+f2의 거리에 위치하여 90-θ로 편향된 재생용 기준광을 다시 90-θ로 편향시키는 디스크(340)에 입사시키는 제 2 렌즈(330b)로 구성된다. 이때 재생용 기준광이 보정 광학계(330)를 통해 디스크(340)에 입사되는 위치인 입사점(A)은 제 1, 2 렌즈(330a, 330b)의 중심점에서 연장되는 연장선과 디스크(340)가 만나는 위치이다. 즉, 보정 광학계(330)는 재생용 기준광의 편향각도에 관계없이 재생용 기준광을 입사점(A)에 제공한다.
이와 같은 보정 광학계(330)의 제 1, 2 렌즈(330a, 330b)는 구면 렌즈로써,경통으로 연결되어 일체형을 조립될 수 있거나 분리형으로 구성될 수 있으며, 보정 광학계(330)는 홀로그래픽 롬 시스템의 픽업부 이동시에 동일체로 이동된다.
보정 광학계(330)를 거친 재생용 기준광이 디스크(340)에 조사될 때, 디스크(340)에서는 기록된 간섭 무늬가 재생용 기준광을 회절시켜 재생용 신호광을 생성시키고, 재생용 신호광은 광학계(350)를 통해 광 분리기(310)에 제공된다. 광 분리기(310)는 재생용 신호광을 반사시켜 광 수광부에 제공한다.
이상 설명한 바와 같이, 본 발명은 각도 중첩 방식으로 기록된 데이터 재생 시에 재생용 기준광의 입사각이 변경되더라도 보정 광학계를 이용하여 디스크에 입사되는 재생용 기준광의 위치를 일정하게 할 수 있기 때문에 재생용 기준광에 의해 생성된 재생용 신호광도 대물렌즈의 광축에 일치하여 재생시킬 수 있어 재생 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 홀로그래픽 롬 디스크를 재생시키는 홀로그래픽 롬 시스템에 있어서,
    재생용 기준광을 생성하는 광원과,
    상기 재생용 기준광을 반사시키는 광 분리기와,
    상기 반사된 재생용 기준광을 소정 각도로 편향시키는 반사경과,
    상기 반사경을 회전시켜 상기 광 분리기에서 제공되는 재생용 기준광의 편향각도를 조절하는 액추에이터와,
    상기 재생용 기준광의 편향각도 변경에 관계없이 상기 재생용 기준광의 입사위치를 보정하여 상기 디스크의 어느 특정 위치로 입사시키는 보정 광학계와
    를 포함하는 홀로그래픽 롬 시스템.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 보정 광학계는, 상기 반사경의 위치에서 f1 거리에 위치하며, 임의의 편향각도(θ)로 입사되는 재생용 기준광을 90-θ각도로 편향시키는 제 1 렌즈,
    상기 디스크와 f2 거리에 위치하고 상기 제 1 렌즈와 f1+f2의 거리에 위치하여 상기 90-θ로 편향된 재새용 기준광을 다시 90-θ로 편향시키는 상기 디스크에 입사시키는 제 2 렌즈를 구비하며,
    상기 제 1, 2 렌즈의 중심점은 상기 재생용 기준광이 상기 디스크에 입사되는 위치의 연장선상에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 홀로그래픽 롬 시스템.
