Claims (9)
- 소위 난연제 첨가물을 갖는 광케이블 또는 전기케이블의 피복을 위한 폴리우레탄을 기초로 하는 혼합물에 있어서,상기 난연제로 수산화 금속과 적어도 하나의 인산에스테르가 첨가되고, 규산염(slicate) 층을 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 폴리우레탄은 폴리에테르우레탄(polyetherurethan)인 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 수산화 금속으로는 수산화 알루미늄(aluminium hydroxide)이나 산화알루미늄 트리하이드레이트(aluminium oxide trihydrate)가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 수산화 금속으로는 수산화 마그네슘(magnesium hydroxide)이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 인산에스테르는 저휘발성 인산에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 규산염층은 유기친화성(organophilic) 벤토나이트(bentonite)인 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,30 내지 70%의 폴리에테르우레탄과, 25 내지 60%의 수산화 알루미늄 및/또는 산화알루미늄 트리하이드레이트와, 15 내지 25%의 인산에스테르와, 5 내지 15%의 벤토나이트를 포함하고, 필요에 따라 가공 보조물(processing auxiliaries), 염료 등을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,인산에스테르로는 레조시놀-비스-디페닐포스페이트(Resorcinol-bis-diphenylphosphate)가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 혼합물로 만들어진 피복을 가진 전기케이블 또는 도선에 있어서,상기 피복은 엇갈려 있고, 바람직하게는 방사형으로 교차 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기케이블 또는 도선.
