Claims (7)
- 열가소성 폴리머를 용융, 압출, 방사하여 필라멘트를 형성한 다음, 이를 개섬시켜 웹을 형성한 후 결합시켜 제조되는 장섬유 부직포의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 필라멘트는 제1성분(심성분)과 제2성분(초성분)의 융점차이가 20 내지 80 ℃이며, 상기 심성분과 초성분이 10:90 내지 90:10의 비율로 복합방사된 심초형 복합섬유이거나 또는,고온의 융점을 가지는 제1성분과 저온의 융점을 가지는 제2성분의 융점차이가 20 내지 80 ℃이며, 상기 제1성분과 제2성분이 10:90 내지 80:20의 비율로 복합방사된 사이드 바이 사이드형 복합섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 장섬유 부직포의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1성분이 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 또는 나일론-66인 고온성분이고, 제2성분은 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트와 아디프산의 폴리에스터계 공중합체, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트와 이소프탈산의 폴리에스터계 공중합체, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트와 디메틸이소술포네이트의 폴리에스터계 공중합체, 나일론-6, 및 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트(PTT)로 이루어진 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 저온성분인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 심초형 복합섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 심초형 복합섬유 또는 열가소성 사이드 바이 사이드 복합섬유의 단사섬도는 3 내지 15 데니어인 것을 특징으로 하는 장섬유 부직포의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 심초형 복합섬유의 결합은 저온성분인 초성분의 용융온도보다 20 내지 40 ℃ 낮은 온도에서 캘린더롤에 의해 열접착시켜 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장섬유 부직포의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 사이드 바이 사이드 복합섬유의 결합은 심초형 복합섬유의 열접착온도보다 2 내지 10 ℃ 높은 온도에서 캘린더롤에 의해 열접착시켜 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장섬유 부직포의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항의 기재방법으로 제조된 장섬유 부직포.
- 제 6 항의 장섬유 부직포에 의하여 제조되는 드라이어 시트.
