Claims (24)
- 44 내지 55 중량% 의 고분자량 폴리에틸렌 분획 및 45 내지 56 중량% 의 저분자량 폴리에틸렌 분획을 포함하는 폴리에틸렌 수지로서;상기 고분자량 폴리에틸렌 분획은 밀도가 0.913 내지 0.923 g/cm3이고 HLMI가 0.02 내지 0.2 g/1O분인 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌을 포함하고;상기 저분자량 폴리에틸렌 분획은 밀도가 0.969 g/cm3이상이고 MI2(8/2) 가 100 g/10분을 초과하는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌을 포함하며;g/cm3로 표시되는 수지의 밀도 D 및 상기 저분자량 분획 Pl의 중량 분율 사이의 관계가 0.055Pl+ 0.916 < D < 0.034Pl+ 0.937 로 정의되는 폴리에틸렌 수지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 0.01 라디안/초에서 측정된 동역학 점도 η0.01가 200,000 Pa.s 를 초과하며, 각각 0.01 및 1 라디안/초에서 측정된 동역학 점도들의 비 η0.01/η1가 8 을 초과하는 폴리에틸렌 수지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 앞서 정의된 바 상기 수지의 2 ㎜ 두께의 개뼈 모양의 판에 대하여 수행된 크립 (creep) 테스트에서 11.2 MPa 의 응력하 및 23 ℃ 의 온도에서 파손 시간이 500 시간을 초과하는 폴리에틸렌 수지.
- 0.01 라디안/초에서 측정된 동역학 점도 η0.01가 200,000 Pa.s 를 초과하며, 각각 0.01 및 1 라디안/초에서 측정된 동역학 점도들의 비 η0.01/η1가 8 을 초과하고, 앞서 정의된 바 상기 수지의 2 ㎜ 두께의 개뼈 모양의 판에 대하여 수행된 크립 테스트에서 11.2 MPa 의 응력하 및 23 ℃ 의 온도에서 파손 시간이 500 시간을 초과하는 폴리에틸렌 수지.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0.01 라디안/초에서 측정된 동역학 점도 η0.01가 500,000 Pa.s 을 초과하고, 각각 0.01 및 1 라디안/초에서 측정된 동역학 점도들의 비 η0.01/η1가 10 을 초과하는 폴리에틸렌 수지.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수지의 밀도가 0.945 g/cm3이상인 폴리에틸렌 수지.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 고분자량 분획의 HLMI가 0.02 내지 0.15 g/10분인 폴리에틸렌 수지.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 저분자량 분획의 MI2가 200 내지 1000 g/10분인 폴리에틸렌 수지.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 고분자량 분획의 밀도가 0.915 내지 0.922 g/cm3인 폴리에틸렌 수지.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 저분자량 분획의 밀도가 0.970 내지 0.990 g/cm3인 폴리에틸렌 수지.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 저분자량 분획의 다분산 지수 (polydispersity index) D 가 2 내지 6 인 폴리에틸렌 수지.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 고분자량 분획의 다분산 지수 D 가 2 내지 6 인 폴리에틸렌 수지.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 밀도가 0.948 내지 0.954 g/cm3인 폴리에틸렌 수지.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, HLMI 가 3 내지 50 g/10분인 폴리에틸렌 수지.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, g/cm3로 표시되는 상기 수지의 밀도 D 및 상기 저분자량 분획 Pl의 중량 분율 사이의 관계가 0.055Pl+ 0.919 < D < 0.034Pl+ 0.939 로 정의되는 폴리에틸렌 수지.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, HLMI/MI5비가 30 이상, 바람직하게는 35 이상인 폴리에틸렌 수지.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일회 통과로 압출 및 펠렛화 후 ISO18553에 따라 현미경 검사로 측정된 바, 2 또는 그보다 우수한 카본 블랙 분산 변수 및 B2 또는 그보다 우수한 카본 블랙 분포 변수를 가지는 폴리에틸렌 수지.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 카본 블랙 분산 변수가 1 또는 그보다 우수하고 상기 카본 블랙 분포 변수가 B1 또는 그보다 우수한 폴리에틸렌 수지.
- 파이프 또는 피팅류의 제조를 위한, 제 1 항 내지 제 18 항 중 어느 한 항에정의된 폴리에틸렌 수지의 용도.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 18 항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 폴리에틸렌 수지를 함유하는 파이프 또는 피팅(fitting).
- 하기 단계를 포함하는, 이중형의 분자량 분포를 가지는 폴리에틸렌 수지의 제조 방법:(i) 에틸렌 단량체 및 첫번째 공반응물 (co-reactant) 을 첫번째 중합 조건 하의 첫번째 반응 영역에서 촉매계와 접촉시켜 첫번째 폴리에틸렌을 생산하는 단계; 및(ii) 에틸렌 단량체 및 두번째 공반응물을 두번째 중합 조건 하의 두번째 반응 영역에서 촉매계와 접촉시켜 첫번째 폴리에틸렌과 상이한 두번째 폴리에틸렌을 생산하는 단계;이때 상기 폴리에틸렌 수지는 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에서 정의된 바와 같고, 상기 공반응물 중 하나는 수소이고 다른 하나는 탄소수 3 내지 12 의 1-올레핀을 함유하는 공단량체임.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 각 촉매계가 (a) 일반식 (IndH4)2R"MQ2의 비스-테트라히드로인데닐 화합물을 함유하는 메탈로센 촉매 성분(식 중, 각 IndH4는 동일 또는상이하고 테트라히드로인데닐이거나 치환된 테트라히드로인데닐이며, R"은 Cl내지 C4알킬렌 라디칼, 디알킬 게르마늄 또는 실리콘 또는 실록산, 또는 알킬 포스핀 또는 아민 라디칼을 포함하는 치환 또는 비치환의 다리이고, M은 IV 족 금속 또는 바나듐이며, 각 Q는 탄소수 1 내지 20의 히드로카르빌 또는 할로겐임); 및 (b) 상기 촉매 성분을 활성화하는 공촉매를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 21 항 또는 제 22 항에 있어서, 상기 첫번째 및 두번째 폴리에틸렌이 두 개의 반응기에서 생산되는 방법.
- 제 23 항에 있어서, 상기 두 개의 반응기가 연속적으로 연결되는 방법.
