Claims (5)
- 밀폐된 내부 수용공간을 갖도록 통형상의 케이싱 몸체 상, 하측 개구부를 상부 캡과 하부 캡으로 밀봉 결합하는 케이싱와,상기 케이싱 몸체 내부에 고정되어 선회 운동하는 선회스크롤과 상호 협조적으로 냉매를 압축한 후 연직 상방향으로 관통 형성된 토출공을 통해 토출시키는 고정스크롤과,상기 고정스크롤의 상측에 결합되는 상기 토출공을 통해 토출되는 냉매의 소음을 저감하도록 일정 폐쇄 공간을 형성하는 머플러와,상기 머플러 내부로 토출된 냉매를 상기 케이싱 외부로 직접 토출시키기 위해 상기 상부 캡 일 측을 관통 결합하여 상기 머플러에 연통 결합되는 토출관으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 토출 소음 저감 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 토출관은 상기 상부 캡을 관통한 후 용접 고정됨과 아울러 상기 머플러의 일 측에 연통되게 압압 고정됨을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 토출 소음 저감 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 토출관은 상기 상부 캡 일 측 관통 결합하는 토출 파이프와, 상기 토출파이프와 상기 머플러가 연통되게 압입 고정되는 삽입관으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 소음 저감 장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 상입관을 머플러 일 측에 연통하도록 용접 고정됨을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 토출 소음 저감 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 4항 중 어는 한 항에 있어서,상기 고정 스크롤의 외주면을 따라 상기 케이싱 내부를 흡입압측과 토출압측으로 분할 구획하는 격판이 체결 고정됨을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 토출 소음 저감 장치.
