Claims (4)
- 내식성 및 도막 밀착성이 우수한 아연도금 강판제조방법에 있어서,아연도금 강판용 표면처리 조성물의 고형분의 중량을 기준으로, 수용성 유기수지와 무기수지 70:30~30:70 고형분비로 혼합된 혼합수지 30~80중량%, 금속 산화물의 포스페이트계 내식성 방청제 10~40중량% 및 유기수지 착화합물 1~20중량%를 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 수용성 유기수지로는 하이드록실기, 카르복실기, 하이드록실기와 카르복실기가 동시 혼합된 복합용 중 하나 또는 둘 이상을 갖는 수용성 또는 수분산성 아크릴 고분자수지 또는 에폭시수지로부터 선택되며, 상기 무기수지는 하나 또는 둘 이상의 알루미나졸, 실리카졸, 티타니아졸, 지르코니아졸로부터 선택되며, 상기 금속산화물의 포스페이트계 내식성 방청제는 하나 또는 둘 이상의 알루미늄, 망간, 아연, 몰리브덴, 불소의 인산염 용액, 헥사 암모늄 헵타 몰리브데이트 테트라 하이드레이트의 인산 용액 및 소다의 인산염 용액으로부터 선택되며, 상기 유기수지 착화합물은 하나 또는 둘 이상의 실란계 커플링제, 티타늄계 커플링제 및 지르코늄계 커플링제로부터 선택되는 아연도금 강판용 표면처리 조성물로 처리한 후 처리된 아연도금강판을 건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 및 도막밀착성이 우수한 아연도금강판 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 아연도금 강판용 표면처리 조성물의 고형분의 함량이 10~20중량%임을 특징으로 하는 내식성 및 도막밀착성이 우수한 아연도금강판 제조방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 아연도금강판의 건조온도는 60~120℃임을 특징으로 하는 내식성 및 도막밀착성이 우수한 아연도금강판 제조방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 아연도금 강판용 표면처리 조성물이 250~1000㎎/㎡의 건조부착량으로 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 및 도막밀착성이 우수한 아연도금강판 제조방법.
