Claims (8)
- 중합체 폴리올의 뱃치 또는 반뱃치식 제조를 위한 방법으로서, 하기의 단계를 포함하는 방법:(1) 베이스 폴리올에서 1종 이상의 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체를, 중합반응 개시제 및 거대 단량체의 존재하에서, 또한 존재하는 중합체 총량과 비교하여 힐(heel)상태로 존재하는 중합체의 양을 기준으로 0.5-50 중량%의 중합체 폴리올 힐의 존재하에서, 중합시킴으로써 씨드(seed)를 제조하는 단계,(2) 단계(1)에서 수득한 씨드에 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체를 추가로 첨가하고 임의로는 폴리올을 추가로 첨가하는 단계, 및(3) 단계(2)에서 수득한 혼합물을 중합하는 단계.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 최종 생성물에 존재하는, 단계(1)에서 유래된 중합체의 양이 3-30 중량%인 방법.
- 제 1 항 및/또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 폴리올의 명목 분자량이 2500-15000의 범위이고, 평균 명목 작용기성(Fn)이 2.0 이상인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체가 몰비율이 50:50-100:0인 스티렌 및 아크릴로니트릴인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리올을, 임의의 중합가능한 이중 결합을 함유하지 않은 고리형 디카르복실산 무수물과 반응시키고, 이렇게 수득한 첨가생성물을, 중합가능한 이중 결합을 함유한 에폭시드 화합물과 이후에 반응시킴으로써 거대 단량체를 수득하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 고리형 디카르복실산 무수물이 프탈릭 무수물인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 제조된 중합체 폴리올 및 폴리이소시아네이트 성분을 포함하는 조성물을 발포시킴으로써 수득할 수 있는 연질 폴리우레탄 발포체.
- 제 7 항에 따른 연질 폴리우레탄 발포체를 포함하는 성형품.
