Claims (5)
- 밸브가 설치된 상부 케이스와 다이어프램이 설치된 하부 케이스로 이루어져 다이어프램의 펌핑에 의해 밸브가 회전되어 사용량을 계측하는 가스 계량기에 있어서,상기 밸브와 하부 케이스의 가스통과홀 사이에 마련되는 가스켓에는 밸브가 역회전하지 못하도록 하는 역류방지구가 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 계량기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 밸브의 하면에는 서로 연통된 중앙홈과 요입홈이 마련되고, 상기 가스켓은 동심원 상에 마련된 직경이 서로 다른 제1중공부 및 제2중공부와 제1중공부와 제2중공부 사이에 4개의 격벽에 의해 구획된 격실을 구비하여, 각 격실을 빠져나온 가스는 요입홈과 중앙홈을 거쳐 제1중공부를 통해 빠져나가며,상기 역류방지구는 제1중공부의 원주에 원주방향으로 따라 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 계량기.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 중앙홈의 직경은 상기 가스켓의 제1중공부 직경보다 작으며,상기 역류방지구는 제1중공부의 원주 내측으로 돌출 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 계량기.
- 제 2항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,상기 역류방지구는 내부에 선택적으로 회동가능한 걸림돌기를 구비하되,상기 걸림돌기는 일측이 역류방지구로부터 돌출될 경우 타측은 역류방지구의 바닥측으로 함몰될 수 있도록 힌지핀에 의해 지지되어 있으며,상기 걸림돌기가 함몰되는 측의 역류방지구 바닥은 돌출되는 측의 역류방지구 바닥보다 더 깊게 함몰된 단턱부가 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 계량기.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 걸림돌기는 역류방지구보다 길이가 짧게 마련됨과 동시에, 끝단은 역류방지구 측으로 경사지게 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 계량기.
