Claims (3)
- 로봇의 작업자 감지 안전 시스템이며,작업자에게 부착되어 일정 시간 간격으로 신호를 발신하는 송신기와,상기 송신기에서 발신되는 신호를 수신하는 방향성 안테나와, 상기 방향성 안테나를 회전시키는 구동부와, 상기 수신 신호의 세기가 최대가 되는 방향각을 검출한 후 상기 방향성 안테나가 상기 방향각을 추종하도록 상기 구동부를 제어하는 안테나 제어부를 포함하는 서로 이격된 적어도 2개의 방향 탐지기와,로봇의 동작을 제어하는 제어기를 포함하고,상기 제어기는, 상기 방향 탐지기에서 검출된 방향각으로부터 작업자의 위치를 연산하여 작업자가 소정 위치에 있을 때 작업자가 안전하도록 로봇의 동작을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로봇의 작업자 감지 안전 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어기는 시간에 따라 측정된 작업자 위치의 변화로부터 작업자의 이동 속도 및 이동 방향에 대한 정보를 포함하여 로봇의 동작을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로봇의 작업자 감지 안전 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 2개의 방향 탐지기는 로봇에 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 로봇의 작업자 감지 안전 시스템.
