Claims (12)
- 투명 지지체, 하나 이상의 하드코팅층, 및 저굴절율층을 순서대로 포함하는 반사방지막으로서,상기 하드코팅층은, 다기능 아크릴레이트 모노머의 에틸렌 옥사이드 또는 프로필렌 옥사이드 부가생성물 (A) 과 옥사이드 부가생성물을 갖지 않는 다기능 아크릴레이트 모노머 (B) 와의 중합 생성물을 포함하는, 반사방지막.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 다기능 아크릴레이트 모노머 (A) 는 1 내지 3 몰수의 에틸렌 옥사이드 또는 프로필렌 옥사이드를 갖는, 반사방지막.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 다기능 아크릴레이트 모노머 (A) 는 트리메틸올프로판 트리(메트)아크릴레이트의 에틸렌 옥사이드 부가생성물인, 반사방지막.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 다기능 아크릴레이트 모노머 (B) 는 디펜타에리트리톨 헥사(메트)아크릴레이트와 디펜타에리트리톨 펜타(메트)아크릴레이트와의 혼합물인, 반사방지막.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 하드코팅층은 1.0 ㎛ 내지 10.0 ㎛ 의 평균 입자 직경을 갖는 매트 입자 (matt particle) 와 바인더를 포함하며,상기 바인더는 1.48 내지 2.00 의 굴절율을 갖는, 반사방지막.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 하드코팅층은, 지르코늄 옥사이드, 티타늄 옥사이드, 알루미늄 옥사이드, 인듐 옥사이드, 아연 옥사이드, 주석 옥사이드, 안티몬 옥사이드 및 실리콘 옥사이드로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 옥사이드를 함유하는 무기 필러 (inorganic filler) 를 포함하는, 반사방지막.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 저굴절율층은 실리카 또는 마그네슘 플루오라이드를 함유하는 무기 필러를 포함하는, 반사방지막.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 저굴절율층에 함유되는 상기 무기 필러는 0.001 ㎛ 내지 0.2 ㎛ 의 평균 입자 직경을 갖는, 반사방지막.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 반사방지막의 각각의 층은 코팅 후 연속으로 방사 또는 열 조사에 의해 경화되는 경화막인, 반사방지막.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 반사방지막을 제조하는 방법으로서,롤 형상의 투명 지지체를 연속으로 풀어내는 단계; 및이와 같이 풀어진 상기 투명 지지체의 하나의 표면 상에, 마이크로그라비어 (microgravure) 코팅 방법에 의해 하드코팅층 및 저굴절율층 중 하나 이상을 코팅하는 단계를 포함하는, 반사방지막의 제조 방법.
- 편광막과 2 개의 보호막을 포함하는 편광판으로서,상기 2 개의 보호막 중 하나 이상은 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 반사방지막인, 편광판.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 반사방지막을 포함하는 디스플레이 장치로서,상기 반사방지막의 저굴절율층은 디스플레이의 최외부층인, 디스플레이 장치.
