Claims (11)
- 하기 화학식의 촉매의 존재하에서 약 35 ℃ 내지 250 ℃의 온도 및 약 0.1 내지 약 20 MPa의 수소압력에서 중합체를 수소화시키는 것을 포함하며 유기 용매의 부재 하에 수행되는, 공액 디엔 및 임의의 추가 공-중합 가능한 단량체로 구성된 중합체의 탄소-탄소 이중결합의 수소화 방법.RhQLx식 중, Q는 수소 또는 음이온이고,L은 화학식 RmB 또는 RmB(CH2)nBRm의 리간드 화합물(여기서, R은 C1-C8-알킬기, C4-C8-시클로알킬기, C6-C15-아릴기 또는 C7-C15-아릴알킬기이며, B는 인, 비소, 황, 또는 술폭시드 기이며, m은 2 또는 3이고, n은 2, 3 또는 4임)이며,x는 2, 3 또는 4이다.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 화학식 L의 조촉매[여기서, L은 화학식 RmB(여기서, R은 C1-C8-알킬기, C4-C8-시클로알킬기, C6-C15-아릴기 또는 C7-C15-아랄킬기이고, B는 인, 비소, 황, 또는 술폭시드 기임)의 리간드 화합물임]를 더욱 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 공액 디엔이 부타디엔 및 이소프렌에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 임의의 추가 공중합 가능한 단량체가 스티렌 및 알파 메틸 스티렌에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 임의의 추가 공중합 가능한 단량체가 아크릴로니트릴 및 메타크릴로니트릴에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 임의의 추가 공중합 가능한 단량체가 아크릴로니트릴 및 푸마르산, 말레산, 아크릴산 및 메타크릴산에서 선택된 불포화 카르복실산인 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 임의의 추가 공중합 가능한 단량체가 아크릴로니트릴 및 프로필 아크릴레이트, 부틸 아크릴레이트, 프로필 메타크릴레이트 및 부틸 메타크릴레이트 중 하나인 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 촉매가 중합체의 중량을 기준으로 약 0.01 내지 5 중량 %의 양으로 존재하고, 조촉매가 촉매의 중량을 기준으로 0 내지 5000 중량 %의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, x가 3, Q가 할로겐인 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서 x가 4, Q가 수소인 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 촉매가 트리스-(트리페닐포스핀)-로듐(Ⅰ)-클로라이드, 트리스(트리페닐포스핀)-로듐(Ⅲ)-클로라이드 및 트리스-(디메틸술폭시드)-로듐(Ⅲ)-클로라이드, 및 테트라키스-(트리페닐포스핀)-로듐 히드리드로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 방법.
