Claims (5)
- 디젤엔진(20)에 구성된 다수의 실린더를 통해 연결된 배기매니폴드(30)와, 상기 배기매니폴드(30)에 연결되어 후방연장되는 배기관(40)과, 상기 배기관(40)의 사이마다 연결되어 순차적으로 구비되는 디젤 산화촉매장치(70), 공기 공명기(Resonator, 80) 및 머플러(Muffler, 90)로 이루어지는 디젤 자동차용 매연정화장치(10)에 있어서,상기 디젤 산화촉매장치(70) 선단의 배기관(40) 사이에 중공의 케이스(50)가 설치되고, 상기 케이스(50)의 내부에는 엔진에서 배출되는 매연을 흡착 및 산화가능한 매연 흡착기(60)가 장착구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤 자동차용 매연정화장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 매연 흡착기(60)는 원통형상으로서 길이방향으로 연장되어 다수의 격자형으로 이루어지는 와이어 메쉬(61)와, 상기 와이어 메쉬(61)의 일단에 대응되게 구비되는 원판형상의 흡입부재(62)와, 상기 와이어 메쉬(61)의 타단에는 흡입부재(62)와 동일한 형상으로 구비되는 배출부재(63)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤 자동차용 매연정화장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 와이어 메쉬(61)는 점착성을 갖는 스테인레스 강(Steainless Steel) 재질로 코팅형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤 자동차용 매연정화장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 흡입·배출부재(62, 63)는 중앙부 및 방사상으로 소정간격 이격되는 흡·배기공(62a, 63a)이 규칙 또는 불규칙적으로 다수개 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤 자동차용 매연정화장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 흡입·배출부재(62, 63)의 흡·배기공(62a, 63a)은 그 위치 및 형상이 다양하게 가변가능하게 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤 자동차용 매연정화장치.
