Claims (33)
- 복수의 기능성 층을 포함하는 박막 스택(thin film stack)을 구비하고, 특히 유리로 만들어진 투명 기판으로서,상기 박막 스택은 은을 기초로 한 적어도 세 장의 기능성 층을 포함하고,상기 스택의 저항(R)은 스퀘어(square)당 1.5 Ω 미만이며,상기 기판은, 적어도 500℃의 온도에서 열 처리를 필요로 하는 적어도 한 가지 변환 작업을 거칠 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 투명 기판의 광 투과율(TL)은 70% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 투명 기판의 광 투과율(TL)은 40% 이상이고, 창유리 조립체(glazing assembly)를 형성하기 위해 상기 투명 기판이 적어도 한 장의 다른 기판과 결합시 상기 창유리 조립체의 선택성(selectivity)은 2 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 투명 기판의 광 투과율(TL)은 40% 이상이고, 저항(R)은 스퀘어당 1.1Ω 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 투명 기판은 은을 기초로 한 적어도 네 장의 기능성 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 은을 기초로 한 상기 기능성 층의 전체 두께는 25nm 이상이고, 상기 스택이 세 장의 기능성 층을 포함할 때 바람직하게 35 내지 50nm이며, 상기 스택이 적어도 네 장의 기능성 층을 포함할 때는 28 내지 64nm인 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 투명 기판은 기능성 층의 적어도 세 개의 동일한 특징부(feature)를 포함하고, 각각의 기능성 층은 각각의 기능성 특징부에서 적어도 하나의 하부 및/또는 상부 층과 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 한 장의 기능성 층, 바람직하게 각각의 기능성 층은 적어도 하나의 하부 유전체 층과 하나의 상부 유전체 층 사이에 위치하고, 상기 유전체 층은, 선택적으로 알루미늄으로 도핑된, ZnO를 기초로 하는 것이 바람직한 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 한 장의 기능성 층, 바 람직하게 각각의 기능성 층은 Si3N4, AlN을 기초로 하거나 상기 두 가지의 혼합물을 기초로 하는 상부 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제 1항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 투명 기판은, Si3N4, AlN을 기초로 하거나 상기 두 가지의 혼합물을 기초로 하는 층과 직접 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제 1항 내지 제 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 기능성 특징부, 바람직하게 각각의 기능성 특징부에서, 바람직하게 Ti를 기초로 한 상부의 흡수성 금속 층은 은을 기초로 한 기능성 층과 적어도 한 장의 상부 유전체 층 사이에 위치한 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제 1항 내지 제 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 기능성 특징부, 바람직하게 각각의 기능성 특징부에서, 바람직하게 Ti를 기초로 한 하부의 흡수성 금속 층은 적어도 한 장의 하부 유전체 층과 은을 기초로 한 기능성 층 사이에 위치한 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제 1항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 기능성 특징부, 바람직하게 각각의 기능성 특징부는, 다음 구조, 즉 ZnO/Ag/...ZnO/Si3N4를 갖 고, 바람직하게 다음 구조, 즉 ZnO/Ag/Ti/ZnO/Si3N4를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 3층 스택의 경우 상기 특징부의 구성 층의 두께는,ZnO/Ag/...ZnO/Si3N4 및 바람직하게 ZnO/Ag/Ti/ZnO/Si3N45 내지 15/10 내지 17/...5 내지 15/25 내지 65nm이고 바람직하게 5 내지 15/10 내지 17/0.2 내지 3/5 내지 15/25 내지 65nm인 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 4층 스택의 경우 상기 특징부의 구성 층의 두께는,ZnO/Ag/...ZnO/Si3N4 및 바람직하게 ZnO/Ag/Ti/ZnO/Si3N45 내지 15/7 내지 15/...5 내지 15/23 내지 65nm이고 바람직하게 5 내지 15/7 내지 15/0.2 내지 3/5 내지 15/23 내지 65nm인 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 복수의 기능성 층을 포함하는 박막 스택을 구비하고, 특히 유리로 만들어진 투명 기판을 제조하기 위한 방법으로서,은을 기초로 한 적어도 세 장의 기능성 층은 상기 기판 위에 증착되고,상기 스택의 저항(R)은 스퀘어당 1.5Ω 미만이며,상기 기판은, 적어도 500℃의 온도에서 열 처리를 필요로 하는 적어도 한 가지 변환 작업을 거칠 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판의 제조 방법.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 은을 기초로 한 적어도 네 장의 기능성 층은 상기 기판 위에 증착되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판의 제조 방법.
- 제 16항 또는 제 17항에 있어서, 은을 기초로 한 증착된 기능성 층의 전체 두께는 25nm 이상이고, 상기 스택이 세 장의 기능성 층을 포함할 때는 바람직하게 35 내지 50nm이며, 상기 스택이 적어도 네 장의 기능성 층을 포함할 때는 28 내지 64nm인 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판의 제조 방법.
- 제 16항 내지 제 18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기능성 층의 적어도 세 개의 동일한 특징부는 상기 기판 위에 증착되고, 각각의 기능성 층은 각 기능성 특징부에서 적어도 하나의 하부 및/또는 상부 층과 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판의 제조 방법.
- 제 16항 내지 제 19항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 한 장의 기능성 층, 바람직하게 각각의 기능성 층에 대해서, 상기 기능성 층 아래에 적어도 한 장의 하부 유전체 층이 증착되고, 상기 기능성 층 위에 상부 유전체 층이 증착되며, 상기 유전체 층은 선택적으로 알루미늄으로 도핑된, ZnO를 기초로 하는 것이 바람직한 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판의 제조 방법.
- 제 16항 내지 제 20항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, Si3N4, AlN을 기초로 하거나 상기 두 가지의 혼합물을 기초로 하는 상부 층은 적어도 한 장의 기능성 층, 바람직하게 각 기능성 층의 윗면에 증착된 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판의 제조 방법.
- 제 16항 내지 제 21항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 Si3N4, AlN을 기초로 하거나 상기 두 가지의 혼합물을 기초로 하는 층으로 직접 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판의 제조 방법.
- 제 16항 내지 제 22항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 기능성 특징부, 바람직하게 각 기능성 특징부에서, 바람직하게 Ti을 기초로 한 상부의 흡수성 금속 층은 은을 기초로 한 기능성 층의 윗면과 적어도 한 장의 상부 유전체 층 아래에 증착된 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판의 제조 방법.
- 제 16항 내지 제 22항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 기능성 특징부, 바람직하게 각 기능성 특징부에서, 바람직하게 Ti을 기초로 한 하부의 흡수성 금속 층은 적어도 한 장의 하부 유전체 층의 윗면과 은을 기초로 한 기능성 층 아 래에 증착된 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판의 제조 방법.
- 제 16항 내지 제 24항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 증착된 적어도 하나의 기능성 특징부, 바람직하게, 증착된 각각의 기능성 특징부는, 다음 구조, 즉 ZnO/Ag/...ZnO/Si3N4를 갖고, 바람직하게 다음 구조, 즉 ZnO/Ag/Ti/ZnO/Si3N4를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판의 제조 방법.
- 제 25항에 있어서, 3층 스택의 경우 상기 특징부의 구성 층의 두께는,ZnO/Ag/...ZnO/Si3N4 및 바람직하게 ZnO/Ag/Ti/ZnO/Si3N45 내지 15/10 내지 17/...5 내지 15/25 내지 65nm이고 바람직하게 5 내지 15/10 내지 17/0.2 내지 3/5 내지 15/25 내지 65nm인 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판의 제조 방법.
- 제 25항에 있어서, 4층 스택의 경우 상기 특징부의 구성 층의 두께는,ZnO/Ag/...ZnO/Si3N4 및 바람직하게 ZnO/Ag/Ti/ZnO/Si3N45 내지 15/7 내지 15/...5 내지 15/23 내지 65nm이고 바람직하게 5 내지 15/7 내지 15/0.2 내지 3/5 내지 15/23 내지 65nm인 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판의 제조 방법.
- 제 16항 내지 제 27항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기능성 특징부는 상기 기판을 단일 제조 장치에 여러 번 통과시켜 증착되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판의 제조 방법.
- 제 28항에 있어서, 상기 스택이 은을 기초로 한 네 장의 기능성 층을 포함할 때, 상기 특징부는 상기 기판을 단일 제조 장치에 두 번 통과시켜 쌍으로 증착되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판의 제조 방법.
- 제 29항에 있어서, 상기 증착된 층의 두께는 상기 두 번 통과시키는 각 통과 동안 실질적으로 서로 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판의 제조 방법.
- 제 16항 내지 제 30항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기판이 적어도 500℃의 온도에서 열 처리를 필요로 하는 변환 작업을 거칠 때, 상기 기판의 저항(R)은 적어도 10%, 또는 심지어 적어도 15% 감소되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 15항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 적어도 한 장의 기판을 결합시킨, 열 제어 및/또는 전자기 차폐 및/또는 가열을 위한 창유리.
- 열 제어 및/또는 전자기 차폐 및/또는 가열을 대안적 또는 누적적으로 생성 하기 위해, 제 1항 내지 제 15항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 기판을 사용하는 방법.
