Claims (10)
- 폴리에스테르(A), 다관능성 이소시아네이트(B) 및 하이드록실 그룹을 함유하는 올레핀계 불포화 단량체(C)로부터 유도된 구조 단위를 함유하는 방사-경화성 불포화 폴리에스테르 우레탄 수지(ABC).
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르(A)가 탄소수가 2 내지 20인 2가의 직쇄, 측쇄 또는 환형 지방족 알코올(A1), 탄소수가 3 내지 20인 임의의 3가 이상의 지방족 알코올(A2), 탄소수가 2 내지 40인 2가 이상의 지방족 또는 방향족 산(A3) 및 탄소수가 6 내지 30인 지방산(A4)으로부터 유도됨을 특징으로 하는 방사-경화성 불포화 폴리에스테르 우레탄 수지(ABC).
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르(A)가 알킬렌 그룹의 탄소수가 2 내지 6이고 수평균 중합도가 2 내지 40인 폴리옥시알킬렌폴리올(A1') 구조 단위를 추가로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방사-경화성 불포화 폴리에스테르 우레탄 수지(ABC).
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르(A)의 제조를 위한 축합 혼합물 중의 성분들(A1 내지 A4)의 질량분율이 2 내지 20%, 5 내지 40%, 5 내지 50% 및 15 내지 60%이고, 각 경우 질량분율의 합이 100%임을 특징으로 하는 방사-경화성 불포화 폴리에스테르 우레탄 수지(ABC).
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르(A)가 0 내지 150mg/g의 하이드록실가 및 5 내지 200mg/g의 산가를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 방사-경화성 불포화 폴리에스테르 우레탄 수지(ABC).
- 반응성 희석제(D) 및 제1항에 따른 방사-경화성 불포화 폴리에스테르 우레탄 수지(ABC)를 함유하는 피복제.
- 제6항에 있어서, 반응성 희석제(D)가 불포화 폴리에스테르 우레탄 수지와 공중합될 수 있는 이중결합을 분자 당 하나 이상 함유함을 특징으로 하는 피복제.
- 제6항에 있어서, 반응성 희석제(D)가 0 내지 10mg/g의 하이드록실가를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 피복제.
- 제6항에 있어서, 고체 질량분율이 50 내지 70%임을 특징으로 하는 피복제.
- 제6항에 따른 피복제를 도포하고 고-에너지 방사선을 방사함으로써 피복물을 경화시킴을 포함하는, 기판의 피복방법.
