Claims (8)
- 금, 은, 백금, 이리듐 중 어느 하나의 귀금속을 스퍼터링(Sputtering)법에 의하여 코팅하는 주사기(10)와 주사 침(20)에 있어서,이온 빔(ion-beam), 전자 빔(electron-beam) 또는 RF(Radio-Frequency)와 레이저(Laser) 중 선택된 어느 하나의 스퍼터링(sputtering)법을 이용하여 진공조건에서 불활성 가스(320)를 주입하고 저온 증착 단계와, 고온 증착 단계를 포함하고 제 1 증착 조건하에서, 상기 귀금속을 타깃(220)화하여 귀금속 막을 1차 증착하는 제 1단계와; 상기 제 1 증착 조건과 상이한 증착 조건하에서, 상기 귀금속 막 위에 귀금속 막을 2차 증착하는 제 2단계를 더 포함하여 주사 침(20)을 포함한 주사기(10)의 표면이 0.01 내지 50㎛의 코팅 두께로 귀금속 코팅되는 것이 특징인 스퍼터링 귀금속 주사 기.
- 청구항 제1항에 있어서,상기 항 살균성 귀금속(금, 은, 백금, 이리듐) 타깃(220)과 코팅체인 주사 침(20)이 부착된 주사 기(10)또는 주사침(20)이 고정된 홀더(400)를 챔버(180)내에 위치시키는 단계와;상기 타깃(220)으로부터 이격되어 대향 배열된 상기 항 살균성 타깃(220)을 제공하여 스퍼터링 장치내 가스에 노출하는 단계와;적어도 하나의 반응성 가스를 상기 스퍼터링 장치내에 공급하는 단계와;전력 원(240)을 상기 스퍼터링 장치에 공급하는 단계로 상기 귀금속 주사 기(10)가 스터퍼링 방식으로 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 스퍼터링 귀금속 주사 기.
- 청구항 제1항 또는 2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 주사 침(20)을 포함한 주사기(10)의 표면에 항 살균성 귀금속인 금, 은, 백금, 이리듐 중 어느 하나의 금속에 코팅 막을 0.01~50㎛ 두께로 증착하는 1단계와; 상기 증착 단계 이후에 챔버(180)의 온도를 300∼800℃로 상승시킨 후 상기 귀금속 주사 기(10)의 표면을 0.01 내지 50㎛의 코팅 두께로 2차 증착하는 단계를 더 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 스퍼터링 귀금속 주사 기.
- 청구항 제3항에 있어서,상기 챔버(180)를 진공펌프(240)를 이용한 진공하에서 상기 불활성 가스(320)를 챔버(180)내로 주입하는 단계와 주사 기(10)또는 주사침(20)이 부착된 주사 기 홀더(400)를 회전시키는 회전체(440)가 부착된 챔버(180)와; 스퍼터링 가스를 상기 챔버(180)내로 도입하는 가스 입구 포트(300)와; 상기 챔버(180)내에 설정된 스퍼터링에 의하여 귀금속 입자를 방출하는 타깃(220)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 스퍼터링 귀금속 주사 기.
- 청구항 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,귀금속 타깃(220) 입자가 스퍼터링에 의하여 타깃(220)으로부터 방출되는 직선 방향으로 설치되고 챔버(180)내에서 생성된 이온들로 하여금 주사침(20)을 포함한 주사 기(10)의 표면에 고진공 상태에서 고체를 증발시켜 박막(thin film) 또는 후 막(thick film)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스퍼터링 귀금속 주사 기.
- 청구항 제1항에 있어서,챔버(180)내에는 캐소 우드(200)가 설치되고, 캐소 우드의 하부에는 귀금속(금, 은, 백금, 이리듐) 중 어느 하나의 코팅하고자 하는 귀금속 타깃(220)이 부착되고타깃(220)에는 DC 바이어스를 인가하기 위한 전력 원(240)이 설치되며상기 타깃(220)과 동일한 축 상으로 평행하게 대향 하는 양(+)의 극(陽極)이 설치되고, 양극(260)의 상부에는 주사기(10) 또는 주사 침(20)이 부착되어 발생한 +로 이온화된 귀금속 기체가 음극의 바이어스 전압이 가해진 타깃(220)에 충돌 후 분리된 귀금속 입자가 주사 기(10)또는 주사침(20)이 홀더(400)에 고정되어 상기 주사 기의 표면에 증착된 것이 특징인 스퍼터링 귀금속 주사 기.
- 청구항 제1항에 있어서,엑시머 레이저(ExcimerLaser)스퍼터링은 KrF(불화크리톤)가 248 nm, ArF(불화 알곤)가 193 nm, XeCl가 308 nm의 자외선을 내며 펄스는 1~20Hz로 입사하고, 펄스당 단위 면적당 에너지가 수 J/cm^2로 렌즈로 초점조절 공정과, 타깃(220)은 삼각형 베이스면 헥사고날 구조의 Al 2O 3(사파이어)을, 사각형 베이스면 격자 상수에 따라 LaAlO 3(3.838 A), SrTiO 3(3.905 A), MgO (4.212 A)과 유리, 스테인리스 스틸의 재료를 더 포함하고 상기 타깃(220)을 쳄버(180)에 위치하고 펄스 레이저를 쏘아 튀어나오는 귀금속 기체가 타깃(220)과 마주보고 있는 주사 기 홀더(400)에 부착된 주사 기(10)의 표면에 0.01 내지 50㎛의 코팅 두께로 증착된 것이 특징인 스퍼터링 귀금속 주사 기.
- 청구항 제1항 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,스퍼터링 방법으로 코팅된 주사기(10)와 주사침(20)은 수액세트와 링거주사, 마취주사, 혈관주사를 더 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 스퍼터링 귀금속 주사 기.
