Abstract

Procédé de traitement de surface d'un dispositif de distribution de produit fluide, ledit procédé comprenant l'étape de modifier par implantation ionique, au moyen de faisceaux d'ions multichargés et multi-énergies, au moins une surface à traiter d'au moins une partie dudit dispositif en contact avec ledit produit fluide, ladite surface à traiter modifiée ayant des propriétés anti-collage pour ledit produit fluide, lesdits ions multichargés étant choisis parmi l'hélium (He), l'azote (N), l'oxygène (O), le néon (Ne), l'argon (Ar), le krypton (Kr), le xénon (Xe), l'implantation ionique étant réalisée à une profondeur de 0 à 3 μm.
