Claims (11)
- 텅스텐 입자와 구리 입자를 혼합한 코팅입자를 준비하는 단계; 및저온분사방법을 이용하여 상기 텅스텐 입자와 구리입자를 피사체에 고속으로 분사하여 코팅하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 텅스텐/구리 복합재료의 코팅방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 텅스텐 입자의 평균 입도는 구리 입자의 평균입도의 40~60%인 것을 특징으로 하는 텅스텐/구리 복합재료의 코팅방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 구리 입자의 평균입도는 5~40㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 텅스텐/구리 복합재료의 코팅방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 구리 입자의 평균입도는 10~20㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 텅스텐/구리 복합재료의 코팅방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 코팅입자 중 구리 입자의 체적분율은 10~40%이며, 텅스텐 입자의 체적분율은 90~60%인 것을 특징으로 하는 텅스텐/구리 복합재료의 코팅방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 저온분사시에 캐리어 가스는 300~500℃의 온도로 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 텅스텐/구리 복합재료의 코팅방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 저온분사시에 사용되는 캐리어 가스는 헬륨, 질소 또는 이들의 혼합가스인 것을 특징으로 하는 텅스텐/구리 복합재료의 코팅방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 캐리어 가스의 노즐 직전에서의 압력은 상기 캐리어 가스가 헬륨일 경우에는 20~25 바(bar), 질소일 경우에는 20~29 바, 질소와 헬륨의 혼합가스일 경우에는 20~(25+질소유량분율/4) 바인 것을 특징으로 하는 텅스텐/구리 복합재료의 코팅방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅 입자는 분사 전에 500~600℃의 온도에서 예열되어 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 텅스텐/구리 복합재료의 코팅방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅 입자의 분사유량은 10~30g/min인 것을 특징으로 하는 텅스텐/구리 복합재료의 코팅방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 저온분사장치의 분사노즐과 피사체 사이의 거리는 20~50mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 텅스텐/구리 복합재료의 코팅방법.
