Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- 지지체를 준비하는 단계;상기 지지체 표면에 중간층을 도포하는 단계;상기 중간층이 도포된 지지체에 분사코팅을 실시하여 박판이 적층된 지지체를 얻는 단계; 및 상기 박판이 코팅된 지지체에서 중간층의 일부 또는 전부를 제거함으로써 박판을 분리하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박판의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분사코팅법은 열용사 코팅법 또는 저온분사코팅법인 것을 특징으로 하는 박판의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 분사코팅법이 열용사 코팅법일 경우 상기 중간층은 수용성 세라믹으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 박판의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 세라믹으로 이루어진 중간층은 수분을 가하여 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박판의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 분사코팅법이 저온분사 코팅법일 경우 상기 중간층은 저융점 금속으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 박판의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 저융점 금속으로 이루어진 중간층을 용융시켜 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박판의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 박판을 분리하는 단계 이후에 얻어진 박판에 대하여 뜨임(tempering) 처리를 더 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박판의 제조방법.
