Claims (8)
- 전자 또는 광전자 장치에서 유기 반도체 매트릭스 물질을 도핑하기 위한 도펀트(dopant)로서, 차단층(blocking layer)으로서, 전하 주입층으로서, 전극 물질로서, 메모리 물질로서 또는 반도체층 자체로서의 헤테로시클릭 라디칼 또는 헤테로시클릭 디라디칼, 이의 다이머, 올리고머, 폴리머, 디스피로 화합물 및 폴리사이클의 용도로서, 헤테로시클릭 라디칼 또는 디라디칼이 하기 화학식에 따른 구조를 지니는 것인 용도:상기 식에서, X = O, S 또는 NR11이고; Z는 알킬, 바람직하게는 C1-C10 알킬이고; Ar은 서로 독립적으로 페닐, 아니실 또는 토실이고; R1-R9 및 R11은 치환되거나 비치환된, 아릴, 헤테로아릴, 헤테로시클릴, 디아릴아민, 디헤테로아릴아민, 디알킬아민, 헤테로아릴알킬아민, 아릴알킬아민, H, 시클로알킬, 할로시클로알킬, 스피로 화합물, 헤테로시클로알킬, 알킬, 알케닐, 알키닐, 트리알킬실릴, 트리아릴실 릴, 할로겐, 스티릴, 알콕시, 아릴옥시, 티오알콕시, 티오아릴옥시, 실릴 및 트리알킬실릴알키닐로부터 독립적으로 선택되거나, R1-R9 및 R11은 개별적으로 또는 결합된 형태로 (헤테로)지방족 또는 (헤테로)방향족인 고리 시스템의 일부이고; R21은 메틸, 에틸, 부틸, 페닐, 4-토실, 4-아니실 또는 4-클로로페닐이다.
- 제 1항에 있어서, R1-R9 및 R11이 치환되거나 비치환된, 페닐, 비페닐, 나프틸, 안트라닐, 티에닐, 이미다졸릴, 피롤릴, 티아졸릴, 티아디아졸릴, 옥사졸릴, 피페리딜, 피롤리딜, 모르폴릴 및 티오모르폴릴로부터 선택되는 것인 용도.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 폴리사이클이 트리사이클인 용도.
- 하나 이상의 유기 매트릭스 화합물 및 도펀트를 함유하는 유기 반도체 물질로서, 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 하나 이상의 화합물이 도펀트로서 사용되는 유기 반도체 물질.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 도펀트 대 매트릭스 분자의 몰 도핑비 또는 도펀트 대 폴리머 매트릭스 분자의 모노머 단위의 도핑비가 20:1 내지 1:100,000, 바람직하게는 10:1 내지 1:1,000, 특히 바람직하게는 1:1 내지 1:100인 유기 반도체 물질.
- 전자 기능이 작용하는 영역(electronically effective region)을 지닌 전자 또는 광전자 장치로서, 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 하나 이상의 화합물이 전자 기능이 작용하는 영역에 대해 사용되는 전자 또는 광전자 장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 전자 기능이 작용하는 영역이 유기 반도체 매트릭스 물질을 지니며, 상기 유기 반도체 매트릭스 물질은 이의 전자적 특성을 변화시키기 위해 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 하나 이상의 화합물을 사용함으로써 하나 이상의 도펀트로 도핑된 것인 전자 또는 광전자 장치.
- 제 6항 또는 제 7항에 있어서, 유기 발광 다이오드, 광전지, 유기 태양 전지, 유기 다이오드, 유기 전계효과 트랜지스터 또는 광개시(photo-initiated) 또는 자기 메모리 형태인 전자 또는 광전자 장치.
