Claims (6)
- 하기 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는, 수소화 촉매의 존재 하의 디니트릴 화합물의 수소첨가에 의한 1 차 디아민의 제조 방법:▷ 수소 또는 수소-포함 기체를 사용하여 디니트릴 화합물을 수소화하는 단계.▷ 수소화 매질로부터 산출된 스트림 Eo 를 1 차 증류에 적용하여, 물 및 존재하는 이민을 포함하는 상부 분획 E1 및 수소화된 화합물을 포함하는 하부 분획 Q1 을 회수하는 단계.▷ 상기 스트림 Q1 을 2 차 증류에 적용하여, 수소화된 화합물을 포함하는 상부 분획 E2 및 1 차 디아민보다 높은 비점을 가진 화합물을 포함하는 하부 분획 Q2 를 회수하는 단계.▷ 상기 상부 분획 E2 를 3 차 증류에 적용하여, 수소화된 화합물을 포함하는 하부 분획 Q3 및 형성된 디아민 화합물의 비점보다 낮은 비점을 가진 화합물을 포함하는 상부 분획 E3 을 회수하는 단계, 및▷ 상기 하부 분획 Q3 을 4 차 증류에 적용하여, 순수 디아민을 포함하는 상부 분획 E4 를 회수하는 단계.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 촉매가 라니 니켈 및 라니 코발트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 라니 금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 수소첨가가 수산화나트륨 및 수산화칼륨으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 무기 강염기의 존재하에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 증류 단계가 관통 플레이트 컬럼, 플레이트 컬럼, 패킹 컬럼, 밸브 트레이 컬럼 및 구조 패킹 컬럼으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 증류 컬럼에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중 불순물을 포함하는 분획, Q2 및 Q4 를 증류 컬럼에서 처리하여, 디아민을 회수하고 상기 회수된 디아민을 2 차 또는 4 차 증류에 재순환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 디아민이 헥사메틸렌디아민이고, 디니트릴 화합물이 아디포니트릴인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
