Claims (4)
- 내연기관의 연료 분사 시스템에 사용되는 코먼 레일에 있어서,축방향을 따라 내부에 유통로를 갖는 레일 본체부와,상기 레일 본체부의 상기 축방향을 따라 배열되고, 상기 레일 본체부로부터 돌출 설치하여 일체적으로 성형되고, 각각 내부에 상기 유통로로부터 분기하는 분기로를 갖는 분기 관부를 구비하고,상기 유통로와 상기 분기로의 교차부에서의 상기 분기로 입구의 에지는 모떼기되어 있고,상기 에지 중, 상기 레일 본체부의 상기 축방향의 에지의 곡률을 상기 레일 본체부의 상기 축방향과 직교하는 방향의 에지의 곡률보다도 크게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 코먼 레일.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분기로 입구의 에지는 연마재를 상기 유통로 내를 선회시키면서 통과시켜 행하여지는 블래스트 처리를 각각의 단부측으로부터 행함으로써 모떼기되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 코먼 레일.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 유통로의 직경을 8 내지 12mm의 범위 내의 값으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코먼 레일.
- 내연기관의 연료 분사 시스템에 사용되고, 축방향을 따라 내부에 유통로를 갖는 레일 본체부와 상기 레일 본체부의 상기 축방향을 따라 배열되고, 상기 레일 본체부로부터 돌출 설치하여 일체적으로 성형되고, 각각 내부에 상기 유통로로부터 분기하는 분기로를 갖는 분기 관부를 구비한 코먼 레일의 제조 방법에 있어서,상기 유통로의 각각의 단부측으로부터 연마재를 상기 유통로 내를 선회시키면서 통과시켜 블래스트 처리를 함으로써, 상기 유통로와 상기 분기로의 교차부에서의 상기 분기로 입구의 에지를 모떼기하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코먼 레일의 제조 방법.
