Claims (19)
- 플라스틱 물질에 기반한 단일층 또는 다중층(multi-layered) 식품 포장으로서, 상기 층 또는 하나 이상의 상기 층은 항균 활성을 갖는 하나 이상의 금속을 포함하고, 상기 항균 활성을 갖는 금속의 적어도 일부는 미세하게 분리된 금속 형태(finely divided metalic form)로 존재하고 나머지 부분은 염의 형태로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 포장.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속은 미량독(oligodynamic) 효과를 갖는 콜로이드 형태인 염 및/또는 금속 형태로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 포장.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 금속은 Ag, Cu, Sn, Zn, 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 포장.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 식품 포장은 다중층 구조, 특히, 3-층, 5-층, 또는 7-층 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 포장.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 식품 포장은 비대칭 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 포장.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 금속은 제품을 대면하는 층 및/또는 상기 제품과 대면하지 않는(faced away) 층 또는 층들에 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 포장.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 식품 포장은 튜브형 필름(tubular film) 또는 편평한 쉬트(flat sheet)이고, 바람직하게는 튜브형 필름, 특히, 이음매없는(seamless) 튜브형 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 포장.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 금속은 상기 금속 함유 층에 50 내지 500 ppm, 바람직하게는 100 내지 200 ppm의 중량 비율로 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 포장.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 식품 포장 또는 그의 하나 이상의 층은 안정제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 포장.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 안정제는 폴리비릴 피롤리돈, 소디움 도데실 술페이트, 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 포장.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 식품 포장의 층은 폴리올레핀, 접착제, EVOH, 폴리비닐 알코올 및/또는 폴리아미드에 기반한 층인 것을 특 징으로 하는 식품 포장.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 식품 포장은 10 내지 150 ㎛의 전체 두께, 특히, 20 내지 80 ㎛의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 포장.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 함유 층은 2 내지 50 ㎛의 두께, 특히, 5 내지 20 ㎛의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 포장.
- 콜로이드 금속이 압출 공정 동안 농축 현탁액(concentrated suspension)으로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 단일층 또는 다중층 식품 포장을 제조하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 농축 현탁액은 금속 염의 환원에 의해 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 환원은 100 내지 150℃의 온도에서 트리에틸렌 글리콜을 이용하여 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제14항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 현탁액은 압출 공정 동안 정량 펌프(dosing pump)에 의해 용융된 중합체(polymer melt)에 첨가되고 그 내부에서 균일하게 분포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제14항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 압출기(extruder)는 일축 스크류 압출기(single-screw extruder) 또는 이축 스크류 압출기(twin-screw extruder)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제14항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 압출기에서 상기 현탁액의 첨가는 150 내지 250℃, 바람직하게는 180 내지 220℃의 온도에서 탈기(degassing) 모듈을 통해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
