Claims (9)
- 파라핀 50 내지 99.99 중량% 및 올레핀 0 내지 50 중량%를 포함하는 스트림으로부터 옥시게네이트(oxygenate)를 제거하는 방법으로서,a) 1 이상의 C10 내지 C15 공급물 파라핀 50 내지 99.99 중량%, 올레핀 0 내지 50 중량% 및 1 이상의 옥시게네이트를 포함하는 공급물 스트림을 흡착 층(adsorbent bed)에 통과시켜 실질적으로 모든 상기 옥시게네이트를 제거하는 단계; 및b) 상기 파라핀(들) 및 올레핀을 회수하여 상기 흡착 층으로부터 정제된 스트림을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흡착 층은 알루미나, 실리카 겔 및 알칼리 또는 알칼리 토금속 양이온 교환된 X-제올라이트로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1 이상의 흡착제를 포함하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 흡착 층은 NaX 제올라이트를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 흡착 층은 상기 옥시게네이 트를 제거하기 위해 재생되고, 상기 재생은 상기 흡착 층을 충분한 온도로 충분한 시간 동안 가열하는 단계 및 재생 기체를 상기 흡착 층에 통과시켜 상기 흡착제로부터 목적하는 부분의 옥시게네이트를 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 파라핀 및 올레핀 스트림을 상기 흡착 층에 통과시킨 후, 상기 정제된 스트림을 5A 흡착제를 포함하는 제2 흡착 층에 통과시켜 상기 정제된 스트림으로부터 상기 옥시게네이트를 추가 제거하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 파라핀 및 올레핀 스트림은 흡착 층을 사용하는 화학적 전환 공정에 대한 공급물 스트림이고, 상기 옥시게네이트를 제거하기 위한 흡착 층은 상기 공정 내에 흡착 층을 포함하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 화학적 전환 공정은 파라핀의 탈수소화, 흡착 층 내 방향족 물질의 제거 및 탈수소화된 파라핀과 벤젠의 반응을 포함하는 벤젠 알킬화를 위한 것이고, 옥시게네이트의 제거를 위한 흡착 층은 방향족 물질의 제거를 위한 흡착 층을 포함하는 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 파라핀 및 올레핀 스트림이 탈수소화 후 그리고 흡착 층에서 방향족 물질의 제거 이전에 화학적 전환 공정으로 공급되는 방 법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 파라핀 스트림을 분자 체를 포함하는 흡착 층에 통과시켜 상기 파라핀 스트림으로부터 n-파라핀을 분리하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
