Claims (4)
- 중량%로, C;0.03이하, Si:0.5이하, Mn:0.5이하, P:0.035이하, S:0.01이하, Cr:14 ~ 16, Mo:0.2이하, N:0.030이하, Cu:0.5이하, Al:0.05이하, Ni:0.2이하, C+N:0.040 이하, Ti:0.5이하 나머지 Fe 및 불가피하게 첨가되는 불순물로 조성되는 스테인리스강을 하기 수학식 (1)에 의하여 정의한 EL값을 33이상으로 제어하고, 하기 수학식 (2)에 의하여 정의한 P.I.값을 14~16 범위로 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 및 장출성형성이 우수한 저크롬 페라이트계 스테인리스강.EL= -162.1x(C+N)-0.2xCr-1.1xMo-0.2xTi/(C+N)+42.2 (1)P.I.=Cr+3.3Mo (2)
- 제1항에 있어서,중량%로, Ca:0.005이하, Mg:0.005이하, Zr:0.01이하로 이루어진 그룹에서 1종 또는 2종 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 및 장출성형성이 우수한 저크롬 페라이트계 스테인리스강.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 Ti/(C+N) 비가 15~20를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 및 장출성 형성이 우수한 저크롬 페라이트계 스테인리스강.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항의 페라이트계 스테인리스강 슬라브의 가열온도를 1230~1280℃, 마무리압연온도를 740~850℃로 열간압연후 900~1000℃에서 열연소둔하여 냉간압하율을 50% 이상하여 900~1000℃에서 냉연소둔하고, 냉연소둔후 소재의 입도가 ASTM 결정입도 번호가 6.0~7.0 범위로 조정하는 단계를 포함하는 내식성 및 장출성형성이 우수한 페라이트계 스테인리스강 제조방법.
