Claims (3)
- 온도에 의해 형광 특성이 변화하는 형광체를 이용하여 온도를 측정하기 위한 온도 센서 프로브로서,분말형 형광체와,상기 형광체에 조사되는 여기광과 상기 형광체에서 발생한 형광을 전파하는 도파로 부재를 구비하며,상기 분말형 형광체의 입자 직경은 60 ㎛∼100 ㎛의 범위에 포함되어 있는 것인 온도 센서 프로브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 형광체는 루비인 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 센서 프로브.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 형광체에 조사되는 여기광은 황색 LED에 의한 광인 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 센서 프로브.
