Claims (6)
- 헬리컬 기어를 사용한 기어열이며,원동기에 연결되어, 구동 기어를 갖는 입력축과,상기 입력축과 평행하게 배치되어, 피절삭물을 동축 상에 고정시켜 종동 기어를 갖는 출력축과,상기 입력축 및 상기 출력축과 평행하게 배치되어, 상기 구동 기어와 맞물리는 제 1 중간 기어와, 상기 종동 기어와 맞물리는 제 2 중간 기어를 갖는 중간축을 형성하고,일방의 상기 중간축을 상기 출력축의 회전 방향 위치 결정용으로서 축방향 고정으로 지지함과 함께, 타방의 상기 중간축을 상기 출력축과의 사이의 백래시 제거용으로서 축방향 이동할 수 있도록 지지하고,상기 종동 기어와 상기 제 2 중간 기어 간의 백래시 제거력을, 상기 피절삭물의 가공시에 당해 피절삭물의 둘레 방향으로 발생하는 절삭 부하의 발생 방향과 동일한 방향으로 작용시키도록 타방의 상기 중간축을 그 축방향으로 전환할 수 있도록 가압하는 가압 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백래시 제거 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,절삭 부하의 크기에 따라 상기 가압 수단의 가압력을 가변으로 하는 가압력 가변 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백래시 제거 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 가압 수단은, 절삭 부하의 발생 방향에 따라 타방의 상기 중간축을 그 축방향으로 전환할 수 있도록 가압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백래시 제거 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,타방의 상기 중간축을 회전할 수 있도록, 또한, 그 축방향으로 이동할 수 있도록 지지하는 케이싱을 구비하고,타방의 상기 중간축을, 그 일단 및 타단과 상기 케이싱 사이에 간극이 형성되도록 배치하고,상기 가압 수단은, 상기 간극에 공기를 공급함으로써, 타방의 상기 중간축을 그 축방향으로 전환할 수 있도록 가압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백래시 제거 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 가압 수단은, 상기 간극에 공급하는 공기의 압력을 조절함으로써, 가압력을 가변으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백래시 제거 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 가압 수단은, 상기 간극의 어느 일방에 공기를 공급하고, 또한, 공급 공기 압력을 가변으로 하는 밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 백래시 제거 장치.
