Description
Claims (11)
- 열가소성 수지로 이루어지고,두께가 0.1 ∼ 2.0㎜ 이며,그 열가소성 수지의 열변형 온도 (Th) + 20℃ 의 열분위기 하에서 0.5 시간 방치했을 때의 압출 방향의 수축률 (S1) (%) 및 폭 방향의 수축률 (S2) (%) 이 모두 0 ∼ 5% 인, 압출 성형법에 따라 형성된 압출 수지판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 압출 방향의 수축률 (S1) (%) 과 상기 폭 방향의 수축률 (S2) (%) 의 비 (S1/S2) 가 0.5 ∼ 3 인 압출 수지판.
- 열가소성 수지를 가열 용융하여 다이로부터 판상으로 압출하는 공정 ; 및압출된 용융 열가소성 수지를, 고강성의 금속 롤과, 외주부에 금속제 박막을 구비한 탄성 롤로 협지 (挾持) 하면서 막 제조하는 공정 ;을 포함하는 압출 수지판의 제조 방법으로서,그 압출 수지판이 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 압출 수지판인 압출 수지판의 제조 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,탄성 롤이 용융 열가소성 수지를 개재하여 금속 롤의 외주면을 따라 오목 형상으로 탄성 변형되고, 이로써 금속 롤 및 탄성 롤은 용융 열가소성 수지에 대하여 면접촉으로 압착되기 때문에, 이들 롤 사이에 협지되는 용융 열가소성 수지는 면상으로 균일 가압되면서 막 제조되는, 압출 수지판의 제조 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,금속 롤과 탄성 롤의 접촉 길이가 1 ∼ 20㎜ 인 압출 수지판의 제조 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,금속 롤과 탄성 롤 사이의 누름 선압이 0.1kgf/㎝ ∼ 50kgf/㎝ 인 압출 수지판의 제조 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 탄성 롤은 대략 원기둥상의 축 롤과, 이 축 롤의 외주면을 덮도록 배치된 원통형의 금속제 박막과, 상기 축 롤과 금속제 박막 사이에 봉입된 유체를 구비하고 있는 것인 압출 수지판의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 유체를 온도 제어함으로써 상기 탄성 롤을 온도 제어 가능하게 구성한 압출 수지판의 제조 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 금속 롤 및 상기 탄성 롤의 표면 온도 (Tr) 를, 압출 수지판을 구성하는 열가소성 수지의 열변형 온도 (Th) 에 대하여 (Th - 20℃) ≤ Tr ≤ (Th + 20℃) 의 범위 내로 하는 압출 수지판의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 압출 수지판의 표면에 경화막을 피복한 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 도공판.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 경화막이 내찰상성을 갖는 경화 피막인 표면 도공판.
