Claims (6)
- 세라믹 원료 및 마이크로 캡슐로 이루어지는 조공재(造孔材)를 함유하는 분말을 혼합 및 혼련하여 소지토로 하고, 상기 소지토를 압출 성형하여 얻어지는 허니컴 성형체를 건조 및 소성하는 세라믹 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법으로서,상기 마이크로 캡슐의 충전 부피 밀도에 따라, 상기 마이크로 캡슐의 첨가량을 조절하는, 세라믹 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 세라믹 원료 및 마이크로 캡슐로 이루어지는 조공재를 함유하는 분말을 혼합 및 혼련하여 소지토로 하고, 상기 소지토를 압출 성형하여 얻어지는 허니컴 성형체를 건조 및 소성하는 세라믹 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법으로서,충전 부피 밀도가 Q1(g/cm3)인 마이크로 캡슐 A를 상기 세라믹 원료에 대하여 M1(질량%) 첨가하여 제조한 세라믹 허니컴 구조체에 대하여, 동일한 세공 용적을 가지는 세라믹 허니컴 구조체를 얻기 위하여, 충전 부피 밀도가 Q2(g/cm3)인 마이크로 캡슐 B의 상기 세라믹 원료에 대한 첨가량 M2(질량%)를,Q1>Q2의 경우에는 M2>M1,Q1<Q2의 경우에는 M2<M1가 되도록 조절하는, 세라믹 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 세라믹 원료 및 마이크로 캡슐로 이루어지는 조공재를 함유하는 분말을 혼합 및 혼련하여 소지토로 하고, 상기 소지토를 압출 성형하여 얻어지는 허니컴 성형체를 건조 및 소성하는 세라믹 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법으로서,상기 마이크로 캡슐의 충전 부피 밀도와 세라믹 허니컴 구조체의 세공 용적과의 관계, 및 상기 마이크로 캡슐의 첨가량과 세라믹 허니컴 구조체의 세공 용적과의 관계로부터, 상기 충전 부피 밀도에 따른 상기 마이크로 캡슐의 첨가량을 결정하고, 원하는 세공 용적을 가지는 세라믹 허니컴 구조체를 얻는, 세라믹 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 세라믹 원료 및 마이크로 캡슐로 이루어지는 조공재를 함유하는 분말을 혼합 및 혼련하여 소지토로 하고, 상기 소지토를 압출 성형하여 얻어지는 허니컴 성형체를 건조 및 소성하는 세라믹 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법으로서,충전 부피 밀도가 서로 다른 적어도 2종류의 마이크로 캡슐을 혼합함으로써, 혼합 후의 마이크로 캡슐의 충전 부피 밀도를 조절하는, 세라믹 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 세라믹 원료 및 마이크로 캡슐로 이루어지는 조공재를 함유하는 분말을 혼합 및 혼련하여 소지토로 하고, 상기 소지토를 압출 성형하여 얻어지는 허니컴 성형체를 건조 및 소성하는 세라믹 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법으로서,상기 마이크로 캡슐은, 압축력이 0.13MPa일 때의 충전 부피 밀도가 0.13∼ 0.17g/cm3인, 세라믹 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 마이크로 캡슐의 비(比) 표면적이 0.058∼0.218m2/ml인, 세라믹 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
