Claims (9)
- 한 쌍의 단면들(2, 3)을 포함하는 폴리머 용액의 정전 스피닝을 통해 나노파이버들을 생산하기 위한 장치의 기다란 형상의 회전 스피닝 전극(1)으로서, 상기 한 쌍의 단면들 사이에 외주를 따라 동일하게 회전 스피닝 전극의 회전축선(41)과 나란하게 배치되는 와이어로 형성된 스피닝 부재들이 위치한 회전 스피닝 전극(1)에 있어서,상기 단면들(2, 3)은 전기적으로 비전도 물질로 만들어지고, 모든 스피닝 부재들은 상호 전기 전도 방식으로 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 스피닝 전극.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 스피닝 부재들은 단면들(2, 3)의 외주를 따라 형성된 홈들(21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36) 또는 개구들에 일 단면들(2, 3)으로부터 다른 단면으로 선택적으로 스트레치된(stretched) 하나의 금속 코드(5)로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 스피닝 전극.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 코드(5)는 그 코드가 제2 단면들(2, 3)로 통과하는 다음 홈(21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36) 또는 개구로 상기 단면들(2, 3) 상에서 이어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 스피닝 전극.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 코드(5)는 단면들(2, 3)의 대향 측면상의 홈(21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36) 또는 개구로 엇갈리게 상기 단면들(2, 3)상에서 이어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 스피닝 전극.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 스피닝 부재들은 하나의 금속 코드(5)로 형성된 쌍들로 분할되는 한편, 이들 코드들은 상기 단면들(2, 3) 상에서 교차되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 스피닝 전극.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 단면들(2, 3)은 축(4) 상에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 스피닝 전극.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 단면들(2, 3)은 전기 전도 스페이싱 튜브 상에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 스피닝 전극.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 단면들 사이의 축(4)의 단면은 전기 비전도 스페이싱 튜브에 의해 커버되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 스피닝 전극.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 외측 상의 단면들(2, 3)은 폴리머 용액(7)의 대향 측벽들에서 회전가능하게 장착되고 그리고 축방향으로 정렬된 힌지들(20, 30)과 축방향으로 연결되는 한편, 상기 단면(2) 내의 방사상 홈들(21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26) 또는 개구들이 제2 단면(3) 내의 방사상 홈들(31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36) 또는 개구들에 대향하여 배치되고, 힌지들(20, 30)은 상기 스피닝 전극(1)의 구동부(8)와 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극.
