Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 하나 이상의 구조화된 벽 층 (3) 및 필터 층 (4) 으로 형성된 복수개의 셀 (2) 을 포함하고, 돌출된 안내 베인 (5) 및 벽 층 (3) 으로 형성되고 다른 셀 (2) 로 이어지는 통로 (6) 가 적어도 대다수의 셀 (2) 에 구비되어 있고, 상기 통로 (6) 는 좁아지는 단면 (7) 을 갖는 바이패스 유동 필터 (1) 에 있어서,상기 단면 (7) 의 좁아지는 부분 (8) 은 인접한 안내 베인 (5) 쪽으로 향하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이패스 유동 필터 (1).
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 좁아지는 단면 (7) 은 0.8㎟ ~ 18㎟ 의 표면적을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이패스 유동 필터 (1).
- 서로 인접하게 배열되고 하나 이상의 구조화된 벽 층 (3) 및 필터 층 (4) 으로 형성된 복수개의 셀 (2) 을 갖고, 각 경우에 리딩 면 (9) 을 갖는 복수개의 안내 베인 (5) 이 적어도 대다수의 셀 (2) 에 구비되는 바이패스 유동 필터 (1) 에 있어서,인접한 셀 (2) 에서 서로에 대해 오프셋 되는 상기 안내 베인 (5) 들의 상기 리딩 면 (9) 들이 동일한 배향을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이패스 유동 필터 (1).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,통로 (6) 는 인접한 셀 (2) 에 배열되고 리딩 면 (9) 을 갖는 안내 베인 (5) 으로 형성되고,서로에 대해 오프셋 되는 상기 안내 베인 (5) 은 상기 벽 층 (3) 의 인접한 말단 (10) 에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이패스 유동 필터 (1).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,통로는 리딩 면을 갖는 안내 베인으로 형성되고,상기 리딩 면 (9) 은 셀 축선 (12) 에 대해 45° 이하의 각으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이패스 유동 필터 (1).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,통로는 리딩 면을 갖는 안내 베인으로 형성되고,상기 리딩 면 (9) 은 3㎜ ~ 8 ㎜ 의 길이로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이팻 유동 필터 (1).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,통로는 리딩 면을 갖는 안내 베인으로 형성되고,상기 리딩 면 (9) 은 각 셀 폭 (15) 의 50% ~ 100% 인 높이로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이패스 유동 필터 (1).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,통로에는 리딩 면을 갖는 안내 베인으로 형성되고,상기 인접한 안내 베인 (5) 은 상기 셀 축선 (12) 의 방향으로 적어도 10㎜ 의 오프셋 (16) 을 갖도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이패스 유동 필터 (1).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,6 개 이상의 안내 베인 (5) 이 셀 (2) 에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이패스 유동 필터 (1).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 구조화된 벽 층 (3) 은 금속 포일 (17) 이고, 상기 필터 층 (4) 은 금속 와이어 직물 (18) 인 것을 특징으로 하는 바이패스 유동 필터.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,벽 층 (3) 및 필터 층 (4) 을 포함하는 복수개의 시트 (19) 가 함께 감겨 하우징 (20) 안에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이패스 유동 필터.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 벽 층 (3) 또는 상기 필터 층 (4) 의 적어도 부분 영역 (21) 은 촉매 활성 코팅 (22) 을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이패스 유동 필터 (1).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 바이패스 유동 필터 (1) 를 갖는 차량 (30) 의 배기 시스템 (23).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 바이패스 유동 필터 (1) 를 갖는 차량 (30).
